Сегодня, 28 марта, Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко встретился с сотрудниками ОП «Старобешевская ТЭС» РП «Энергия Донбасса». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, встреча проходила в рамках всенародного обсуждения стратегии развития Республики «Сила Донбасса». В обсуждении также приняли участие заместитель Председателя Совета Министров ДНР Дмитрий Трапезников и вр.и.о. министра угля и энергетики Анатолий Нестеренко.

На сегодняшний день на предприятии работают более 2200 человек. Директор Старобешевской ТЭС Марк Мягков, вр.и.о. министра угля и энергетики Анатолий Нестеренко и зам.главного инженера по экологии и эксплуатации Валерий Бекеров ознакомили Александра Захарченко с работой 4 и 5 энергоблоков.

После экскурсии по предприятию Глава Республики встретился с коллективом ТЭС. Работники предприятия около часа задавали вопросы Александру Захарченко, которые касались повышения заработной платы, возможности реализации металлолома, скопившегося на территории ТЭС, рассмотрения возможности увеличения расходной части бюджета предприятия, обеспечения медицинского учреждения в пгт Новый Свет профильными специалистами, а также работы автостанции. Кроме того, на предприятии стоит проблема с повышением квалификации сотрудников из-за отсутствия учебного центра в Республике.

«Хочу поблагодарить вас за вашу работу. Благодаря вам в наших домах есть свет и тепло. Пообщался с руководством, прекрасно понимаю ситуацию, которая сложилась на предприятии. Знаю ваши проблемы — нехватка специалистов, низкий уровень заработной платы. Уверен, что в ближайшее время вы увидите положительные изменения в зарплате.
Генерация электроэнергии является стратегическим направлением развития Республики. Без этого невозможно развитие экономики и промышленности. Вы являетесь стратегическим предприятием, поэтому и задачи стоят перед вами серьезные», — отметил Александр Захарченко.

В ходе беседы с коллективом Глава ДНР дал ряд поручений и.о.руководителя администрации Старобешевского района Николаю Михайлову.

Всего в работе находится 5 энергоблоков из 9, которые несут суммарную нагрузку 900 МВт. В резерве находится энергоблок № 10, в плановом ремонте № 6.

На 2018 год запланировано начало реконструкции энергоблока № 8, который не эксплуатируется с февраля 2015 года из-за неудовлетворительного технического состояния. Также на 2019-2022 гг. запланирована реконструкция энергоблоков № 10 и № 9.

After the tour at the enterprise, the Head of the Republic met with the staff of the TPP. Employees of the enterprise for about an hour asked questions to Alexander Zakharchenko, which concerned raising wages, the possibility of selling scrap metal accumulated on the territory of the TPP, considering the possibility of increasing the expenditure budget of the enterprise, providing medical facilities in the urban type village of Novy Svet with profession-oriented specialists, as well as the work of the bus station. In addition, the company faces a problem with staff development due to the lack of a training center in the Republic.

“I want to thank you for your work. Thanks to you at our homes there is light and warmth. I talked with the management, I perfectly understand the situation that has arose at the enterprise. I know your problems — lack of specialists, low level of wages. I am sure that in the near future you will see positive changes in the salary.

During the conversation with the staff, the Head of the DPR gave a number of instructions to chief of the Starobeshevsky district administration Nikolai Mikhailov.

In total, there are 5 power units out of 9 in operation, which carry a total load of 900 Mega Watts. In the reserve is the power unit №10, № 6 is in planned repair.

In 2018, it is planned to start the reconstruction of the power unit № 8, which has not been operated since February 2015 due to unsatisfactory technical condition. Also for 2019-2022 years. reconstruction of power units №10 and №9 is planned.
