Несмотря на действие режима прекращения огня, украинские боевики продолжили нарушать перемирие, ставя под угрозу жизни и здоровье граждан нашей Республики. Как сообщил во время брифинга 2 апреля заместитель командующего ВС ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин, всего за сутки украинские силовики шестнадцать раз нарушили перемирие.
«За минувшие сутки на Донецком направлении украинские оккупационные силы обстреляли районы шести населенных пунктов. Враг вел обстрел из БМП, а также применял гранатометы и стрелковое оружие.
На Горловском направлении со стороны боевиков обстрелам подвергся поселок Зайцево, по которому карателями был открыт огонь из крупнокалиберного стрелкового вооружения.
Представительство ДНР в СЦКК пятнадцать раз запрашивало режим тишины. В ходе переговоров с представителями Украины в Совместном центре только в восьми случаях удалось добиться режима прекращения огня.
Свои неудачи в требовании прекращения огня оккупационными войсками представители украинского СЦКК в неформальной беседе объяснили фактическим отсутствием возможности повлиять на командный состав военных формирований и даже откровенным отказом командиров отдельных подразделений подчиняться указаниям штаба ООС (операции оккупационных сил) в вопросах соблюдения перемирия», — отметил Эдуард Басурин.

Representative Office of the DPR to the JCCC fifteen times requested a ceasefire. During the negotiations with the representatives of Ukraine in the Joint Center, only in eight cases it was possible to achieve the ceasefire.
