Приговором Военного трибунала на правах палаты Верховного Суда ДНР житель Артемовска признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного статьей 321 Уголовного кодекса ДНР (шпионаж). Об этом сегодня, 11 апреля, сообщает пресс-служба Генеральной прокуратуры ДНР.
В ходе расследования было установлено, что в период с мая 2016 года по январь 2017 года, выполняя задание иностранной разведки, осужденный осуществлял сбор сведений о местах дислокации военных частей ВС ДНР, производил фотофиксацию военной техники и военнослужащих, после чего собранные сведения посредством сети Интернет передавал в Службу безопасности Украины для использования их против безопасности Донецкой Народной Республики. Подсудимому назначено наказание в виде 10 лет лишения свободы.
By the verdict of the Military Tribunal on the rights of the Chamber of the DPR Supreme Court, a resident of Artemovsk was found guilty of committing a crime under article 321 of the DPR Criminal Code (espionage). The press service of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office reported this today on April 11th.
The investigation established that during the period from May 2016 to January 2017, while carrying out the task of the foreign intelligence, the convicted offender collected information on the location of military bases of the DPR Armed Forces, took photos of military equipment and military personnel, after which he transferred the collected information via the Internet to the Security Service of Ukraine to use those against the security of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The defendant is sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.
