В настоящее время разведкой ДНР фиксируется подготовка очередной провокации со стороны ВСУ с целью продвижения в «серой зоне», а также захвата Донецкой фильтровальной станции. Об этом рассказал сегодня, 18 апреля, заместитель командующего ВС ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин на брифинге в Донецке.
«Вчера, обстреляв автобус рабочей смены ДФС, противник добился решения руководства компании «Вода Донбасса» на временное отключение и консервацию фильтровальной станции ввиду отсутствия возможности обеспечения безопасности своих сотрудников.
Данные действия повлекут за собой полное и безальтернативное отключение водоснабжения временно оккупированной Авдеевки, где без воды останутся около ста тысяч человек и завод «Авдеевский коксохим».
Мы полагаем, Киев попытается во всем обвинить Республику. В город планируется прибытие нескольких групп украинских и зарубежных журналистов. Координацией их действий в Авдеевке будет заниматься подполковник Мельничук, являющийся по легенде редактором передвижного издательского пункта штаба «АТО», по факту – начальником отделения 74-го центра Информационно-психологических операций (ИПсО).
На следующем этапе по запросу преступного украинского режима в Авдеевку должны прибыть представители международных организаций для фиксации гуманитарной катастрофы. И в заключение, под прикрытием информационной шумихи и обвинений, ВСУ начнут активные боевые действия для захвата наших позиций в районе ДФС, близлежащих населенных пунктов в окрестностях Горловки и Донецка.
Основной целью захвата ДФС является занятие позиций с хорошо подготовленными бомбоубежищами, а также территорий, с которых можно безответно вести минометный и артиллерийский огонь по нашей Республике. Безответно – потому что ВС ДНР не откроют огонь по химически опасному объекту, авария на котором повлечет жертвы среди мирного населения», — заявил полковник Басурин.
В заключение он призвал международные организации принять меры к прекращению огня в районе ДФС, а также добиться предоставления гарантий безопасности работникам фильтровальной станции.

We assume that Kiev will try to blame the Republic for everything. Several groups of Ukrainian and foreign journalists are expected to arrive in the town. Their actions in Avdeyevka will be coordinated by Lieutenant Colonel Melnichuk, who will be an undercover editor at the mobile publishing office of the “ATO” headquarters, in fact — chief of the 74th Center for Information and Psychological Operations (PSYOPS).
At the next stage, at the request of the criminal Ukrainian regime, representatives of international organizations are to arrive in Avdeyevka to record a humanitarian catastrophe. And finally, under the cover of information hype and accusations, the AFU will unleash active hostilities to seize our positions near the DFS, nearby populated localities and in the vicinities of Gorlovka and Donetsk.
The main goal of seizing the DFS is to occupy positions with well-fitted bomb shelters, as well as areas from which it is possible to irresponsibly deliver mortar and artillery fire on our Republic. Without response, because the DPR Armed Forces will not open fire on a chemically hazardous site, an accident at which will result in casualties among civilians,” Colonel Basurin stated.
Finally, he called on international organizations to take steps to ensure ceasefire in the DFS area, as well as to provide security guarantees to workers of the filter station.
