Сегодня, 3 мая, заместитель Председателя Совета Министров, начальник Управления внутренней и внешней политики Администрации Главы ДНР Дмитрий Трапезников провел рабочее совещание с руководителями городов и районов Республики. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, в совещании приняли участие вр.и.о. министра угля и энергетики ДНР Анатолий Нестеренко, первый заместитель министра строительства и ЖКХ ДНР Виталий Кижаев, главы городов и районов Донецкой Народной Республики.

На повестке дня стояли вопросы:
— о ходе проведения подготовки населенных пунктов Республики к весенне-летнему периоду 2018 года;
— подготовка и проведение праздничных мероприятий в городах и районах Республики, посвященных Дню Победы и Дню Республики.

Об итогах двухмесячника по благоустройству в городах и районах Республики рассказала заместитель директора Департамента социальной политики Управления делами Совета Министров ДНР Инна Трякина.

«В рамках двухмесячника по благоустройству проведено 2 общереспубликанских субботника. Все мероприятия, которые были запланированы, выполнены. Все работы, которые еще не закончены, должны быть выполнены во время последнего субботника 5 мая. Мероприятия по благоустройству закончатся 7 мая», — отметила Инна Трякина.

Также она отметила, что в ряде городов и районов Республики есть недочеты по благоустройству территории: не приведены в порядок братские могилы, не покрашены и не убраны детские площадки и ряд спортивных площадок, не решен вопрос с несанкционированными свалками.

Дмитрий Трапезников отметил, что начала работать программа «Чистая Республика», в которой задействованы представители общественных организаций, профсоюзов.

«Участники программы объехали все города и районы Республики, межгородские территории, лесопосадки, чтобы проверить их состояние. К сожалению, есть еще территории, которые не благоустроены, есть несанкционированные свалки. Наша задача в кратчайшие сроки сделать Республику чище. Данная программа продлится до конца года», — отметил Дмитрий Трапезников.

Также заместитель Председателя Совета Министров ДНР подчеркнул, что за вывоз ТБО должны платить все жители, чтобы ликвидировать все стихийные свалки и обеспечить бесперебойный вывоз мусора.

«На сегодняшний день задействованы дополнительные силы и средства, чтобы помочь городам и районам навести порядок в населенных пунктах Республики и вывести все твердые бытовые отходы», — подчеркнул Дмитрий Трапезников.

Кроме того, он отметил, что все заявки от руководителей городов и районов по благоустройству дорог рассмотрены и приняты в работу: «Мы будем менять асфальтовое покрытие во всех городах и районах Донецкой Народной Республики».

Today, on May 3rd, Deputy Chairman of the DPR Council of Ministers, Chief of the Department for Internal and External Policy of the DPR Head’s Administration Dmitry Trapeznikov held a working meeting with leaders of cities and districts of the Republic. According toa correspondent of the DPR official website, acting as interimMinister of Coal and Energy of the DPRAnatoly Nesterenko, First Deputy Minister of Construction Industry, Housing of and Utilities Sector of the DPR VitaliyKizhaev, heads of cities and districts of the Donetsk People’s Republic participated in the meeting.

The following issues were on the agenda:
— progress in the preparation of populated localities of the Republic for the spring-summer period of 2018;
—preparation and holding of festive events in cities and districts of the Republicin celebration of Victory Day and Republic’s Day.

Deputy Director of theSocial Policy Department of the DPR Council of MinistersGeneral Affairs OfficeInna Tryakina told about the results of the two-month urban beautification in cities and districts of the Republic.

“Within the framework of the two-month beautificationprogram, 2 republic volunteer clean-ups were held. All the activities that were planned have been completed. All works that have not been yet completed must be completed at the last volunteer clean-up on May 5th. Activities on thebeautification will end on May 7th,” Inna Tryakinanoted.

She also noted that in a number of cities and districts of the Republic there were shortcomings in the beautification of the territory: common graveshave not been put in order, children’s playgrounds and a number of sports grounds have not been painted and cleaned up, and the issue of unauthorized dumps has not been resolved.

Dmitry Trapeznikov noted that the Clean Republic program, which involves representatives of public organizations and trade unions, had begun working.

“Participants of the program traveled throughout all the cities and districts of the Republic, interurban territories, plantations to check out their condition. Unfortunately, there are still areas that are not arranged well, there are unauthorized dumps. Our task is to make the Republic cleaner in the shortest possible time. This program will last until the end of the year,” Dmitry Trapeznikov noted.

Deputy Chairman of the DPR Council of Ministers also stressed that all residents must pay for the removal of solid waste in order to eliminate all the spontaneous dumps and ensure uninterrupted removal of garbage.

“As of today, additional resources and means are being used to help cities and districts to clean up populated localities in the Republic and to remove all solid domestic waste,” Dmitry Trapeznikovemphasized.

In addition, he noted that all applications from heads of cities and districts onroad repair had been considered and taken into operation: “We will change asphalt covering in all cities and districts of the Donetsk People’s Republic.”
