Одним из самых важных вопросов, обсуждавшихся на встрече в Минске, стало обеспечение дальнейшей бесперебойной работы Донецкой фильтровальной станции. Представители Республики выдвинули предложение об организации разведения сил и средств на данном участке. Об этом сегодня, 5 мая, в общении с журналистами заявил постоянный полномочный представитель ДНР на Минских переговорах, Председатель Народного Совета ДНР Денис Пушилин, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.
«Это очень важный вопрос, который стоял во главе повестки дня встречи. Вопиющее нарушение со стороны Украины взятых на себя обязательств, циничная попытка обвинить нас в «самообстреле» не укладывается ни в какую логику. Есть свидетели, сотрудники станции, есть отчеты ОБСЕ, которые совпали с данными СЦКК. Мы ждем более активных действий со стороны СММ ОБСЕ, других международных организаций. Мы настаиваем, чтобы виновные были наказаны. Более того, нужны более четкие механизмы предотвращения подобных ситуаций.
Второй шаг мы видим в разведении сил и средств на данном участке. Мы готовы к разведению, однако Украина не может произвести разведение сил и средств в Станице Луганской, на благоприятном участке — что говорить о другом? Более того, остановка станции в летний период несет угрозу для сотен тысяч жителей по обе стороны линии соприкосновения, и я хочу обратить внимание СММ ОБСЕ на необходимость такого разведения», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
One of the most important issues discussed at the meeting in Minsk was the maintenance of further uninterrupted work at the Donetsk Filter Station. Representatives of the Republic put forward a proposal on the organization of withdrawal of forces and armaments in this sector. Permanent Plenipotentiary Representative to the Minsk negotiations, Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin stated this today, on May 5th, when talking with reporters, according to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“This is a very important issue, which was at the top of the meeting’s agenda. A flagrant violation by Ukraine of its obligations, a cynical attempt to accuse us of “self-attacking” does not fit into any logic. There are witnesses, the station’s personnel, there are OSCE reports that coincide with JCCC data. We are waiting for more active actions on the part of the OSCE SMM, other international organizations. We insist that the perpetrators be punished. Moreover, more precise mechanisms for preventing such situations are required.
The second step we see in withdrawal of forces and armaments in that area. We are ready for withdrawing, but Ukraine cannot arrange withdrawal of forces and armaments in Stanitsa Luganskaya at the favorable site — what can be spoken of another one? Moreover, shutdown of the station in summer poses threat to hundreds of thousands of residents on both sides of the contact line, and I want to draw the attention of the OSCE SMM to the necessity of such withdrawal,” Denis Pushilin said.
