Примите мои поздравления и в моем лице поздравления от всех жителей Донецкой Народной Республики в связи с вступлением в должность Президента Российской Федерации. Это значимое событие как непосредственно для России, так и геополитической картины мира.
Курс на реформы, модернизацию и развитие, принятый Российской Федерацией под Вашим руководством, уже дает очевидные практические результаты. Россия возвращает себе мировое влияние, растет экономический потенциал, укрепляется военная мощь. Сегодня Российская Федерация – важнейший игрок на международной арене, уверенно отстаивающий принципиальные позиции своей внутренней и внешней политики.
От лица жителей Донбасса хочу отдельно поблагодарить Вас за поддержку нашего государства на переговорах в нормандском формате, за внимание к гуманитарным и социально-экономическим проблемам Донецкой Народной Республики. Мы высоко ценим Вашу помощь — помощь братского народа Российской Федерации.

Accept congratulations on behalf of me and congratulations from all residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic on the occasion of assuming office as President of the Russian Federation. This is a significant event, for both Russia itself and the world’s geopolitical landscape.
The course of reforms, modernization and development, which the Russian Federation has been pursuing under your leadership, has already brought evident practical results. Russia is regaining global influence, its economic potential is growing, and its military might is being reinforced. Today, the Russian Federation is a major player on the international stage that confidently defends principled positions of its domestic and foreign politics.
On behalf of Donbass residents, I especially want to thank you for the support rendered to our state at the negotiations in the Normandy format, for your attention to humanitarian and socioeconomic problems of the Donetsk People’s Republic. We highly appreciate your help — the help of the fraternal nation of the Russian Federation.
On the day of the inauguration, I wish you good health, implementation of all plans and projects. Peace, welfare and prosperity!
