Среди почетных гостей:
— Президент Республики Южная Осетия Анатолий Бибилов;
— Вице-президент Республики Абхазия Виталий Габния;
— Председатель Совета Министров Луганской Народной Республики Сергей Козлов;
— члены Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Сергей Мамедов (от Самарской области), Ольга Ковитиди (от Республики Крым);
— депутат Государственной Думы Федерального собрания Российской Федерации Казбек Тайсаев;
— первый заместитель Председателя Парламента РСО-Алания шестого созыва Александр Тотоонов.

Прибытие почетных гостей сопровождалось исполнением государственных гимнов в исполнении Концертного оркестра духовых инструментов Донецкой государственной академической филармонии им. Сергея Прокофьева, художественный руководитель и главный дирижер Михаил Мартыненко.

The arrival of honorary guests was accompanied by national anthems performed by the Concert Orchestra of wind instruments of the Donetsk State Academic Philharmonic Hall named after Sergei Prokofiev, artistic director and chief conductor Mikhail Martynenko.
