Завтра, 16 мая, состоится очередное заседание гуманитарной подгруппы в Минском формате. Основным вопросом является уточнение позиции украинской стороны в отношении формулы обмена «всех установленных на всех установленных». Омбудсмен ДНР прокомментировала завтрашнее заседание.
«Отмечу, что на данный момент полномочными представителями Киева не предоставлено ни одной официальной позиции по данному вопросу.
Открытыми остаются вопросы возвращения документов лицам, вернувшимся на территорию Республики в результате обмена, проведенного 27 декабря 2017 года. Почти пять месяцев мы не получаем ответов о прекращении уголовных дел в отношении участников предыдущего обмена. Хочу акцентировать внимание, что в преддверии второго этапа обмена очень важным является осуществление «процессуальной очистки» участников процесса во избежание повторения ситуации вновь.
Немаловажным вопросом встречи станет обсуждение механизма поиска лиц, пропавших без вести. В очередной раз призываю украинскую сторону не блокировать неаргументированными требованиями рассмотрение данного вопроса, механизм должен быть запущен, а лица по обе стороны от линии разграничения обязаны знать о судьбе своих родных и близких.
Я надеюсь, что завтра все полномочные представители украинской стороны смогут присутствовать на встрече, и обсуждение всех вопросов, заявленных в повестке дня, будет происходить эффективно и плодотворно», — подчеркнула Дарья Морозова.

“I note at the moment the plenipotentiary representatives of Kiev have not provided any official position on this issue.
The issues of return of documents to persons who have returned to the territory of the Republic as a result of the exchange carried out on December 27rd, 2017 remain open. Almost for five months, we have not received answers about the termination of criminal cases against the members of the previous exchange. I would like to emphasize that on the eve of the second stage of the exchange it is very important to implement the “procedural cleaning” of the participants in this process, in order that the situation does not repeat again.
An important issue at the meeting will be the discussion of the mechanism of searching for persons missing. Once again, I urge the Ukrainian side not to block consideration of the issue with their unreasoned demands, the mechanism must get started, and people on either side of the separation line should know the fate of their families and relatives.
I hope tomorrow all the plenipotentiary representatives of the Ukrainian side will be able to attend the meeting, and the discussion of all issues included in the agenda will be effective and impactful,” Darya Morozova stressed.
