Украинская сторона вторично сорвала пересмену на ДФС — СЦКК / The Ukrainian side for the second time thwarted the shift turnover at the DFS – JCCC

Сегодня около 10:00 украинская сторона снова нарушила режим прекращения огня в районе ДФС. Более часа ВСУ не прекращали вести огонь в то время, когда инженеры МЧС ДНР пытались провести противоминные мероприятия для безопасного проезда патруля Миссии и сотрудников, в результате чего ни МЧС ДНР, ни персонал, ни СММ ОБСЕ не смогли проехать к станции.

СММ ОБСЕ отказалась осуществить мониторинг пересмены, ссылаясь на нарушение режима тишины.

Попытка ротации смен будет возобновлена завтра при условии соблюдения устойчивого режима прекращения огня. На станции продолжает работать предыдущая смена.

Кроме того, в ночное время суток 14 и 15 мая ДФС находилась в зоне обстрелов, в результате чего повреждено остекление здания реагентного хозяйства административно-бытового корпуса.

Напомним, что это не первый случай срыва ротации персонала ДФС. Так, 28 апреля этого года из-за минометных обстрелов района, прилегающего к ДФС, Миссия ОБСЕ отказалась осуществить наблюдение пересмены работников станции — сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.

Today at about 10:00 the Ukrainian side again violated the ceasefire near the DFS. For more than an hour, the AFU did not stop firing at the time when engineers of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations were trying to conduct demining activities for the safe passage of the Mission’s patrol and staff, as a result of which neither the Ministry of Emergency Situations nor the personnel nor the OSCE SMM managed to get to the station.

The OSCE SMM refused to monitor the shift turnover, citing ceasefire violations.

An attempt to rotate the shifts will be resumed tomorrow, if stable ceasefire will be arranged. The previous shift continues to work at the station.

In addition, during the night hours on May 14th and 15th, the DFS was in the shelling zone, as a result of which the glazing in the building of the chemicals section of the administration and amenity building was damaged.

Recall that this was not the first case of disruption of rotation of DFS personnel. On April 28th this year, because of mortar shelling of the area adjacent to the DFS, the OSCE Mission refused to monitor the shift turnover of the plant’s employees, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process reports.
