Сегодня в 10:20 ВСУ снова открыли огонь по району ДФС, в котором, согласно договоренности, стороны обязались соблюдать полную тишину для безопасной пересменки персонала станции.

Нарушение режима прекращения огня также зафиксировано и патрулем СММ ОБСЕ, который находится в районе Донецкой фильтровальной станции с целью мониторинга ситуации во время ротации рабочей смены.

В данный момент автобус с 30 сотрудниками начал движение из Ясиноватой к трассе М04, однако наблюдатели СЦКК продолжают фиксировать нарушения режима тишины со стороны ВСУ.

Напомним, несмотря на усилия переговорщиков в Минске, украинская сторона отказывается выполнять ранее данные обязательства, а также отказывается от разведения сил и средств в районе ДФС, которое является единственным мирным разрешением эскалации вокруг ДФС, длящейся уже больше года.

Отсутствие прогресса в данном вопросе приводит к тому, что район Донецкой фильтровальной станции регулярно подвергается обстрелам, в том числе с применением РСЗО. Идут третьи сутки непрекращающихся нарушений с украинской стороны, что дестабилизирует работу станции и несет постоянную угрозу безопасности персонала и самой станции — сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.

Recall, despite the efforts of the negotiators in Minsk, the Ukrainian side refuses to fulfill the obligations assumed earlier, as well as refuses to withdraw forces and armaments near the DFS, which is the only peaceful settlement of the escalation around the DFS, which has lasted over a year.

The lack of progress in this issue leads to the fact that the vicinity of the Donetsk Filter Station is regularly subjected to fire, including with the use of MLRS. Incessant violations from the Ukrainian side have been continuing for the third day in a row, which destabilizes the work of the station and poses a constant threat to the safety of the personnel and the station itself, according to the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process.
