Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе сообщает, что наблюдательная группа СЦКК «Горловка» совместно с представителями МЧС ДНР выехали в поселок шахты им. Гагарина в Горловке для фиксации последствий утреннего обстрела ВСУ.
В 13:35 украинские силовики вновь открыли огонь по Горловке, под обстрел попали наблюдатели СЦКК и сотрудники МЧС ДНР.
