В Донецке прошел брифинг и.о. министра промышленности и торговли ДНР Алексея Грановского, посвященный актуальным вопросам создания Единой государственной системы технического регулирования. Постановление о создании такой системы было подписано Председателем Совета Министров, Главой ДНР Александром Захарченко 24 января текущего года. Это решение позволит создать государственную систему технического регулирования, упорядочить процесс формирования ведомственных систем технического регулирования при министерствах и ведомствах. Главенствующей функцией в реализации данной сферы наделено Министерство промышленности и торговли. Об этом сегодня, 28 мая, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.
«24 января этого года во время рабочей встречи по вопросам технического регулирования Главой Республики был обозначен вектор развития Единой государственной системы технического регулирования, сопряженный с общегосударственной интеграционной программой, направленной на формирование делового имиджа Республики. Для минимизации рисков при построении собственной системы технического регулирования, стандартизации и метрологии было принято решение взять за основу действующую и зарекомендовавшую себя как авторитетную и эффективную систему технического регулирования Российской Федерации. В целом это вызвано необходимостью создания благоприятных условий для наших производителей при продвижении продукции на рынки России и Евразийского союза», — прокомментировал Алексей Грановский.
«Для жителей Республики это защита от второсортных продуктов, товаров и услуг, от возможного попадания на наши прилавки некачественных продуктов питания и многого другого», — добавил он.
Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR Aleksey Granovsky held in Donetsk briefing devoted to topical issues of establishment of the Single State System of Technical Regulation. The decision to create such a system was signed by Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko on January 24th this year. This decision will allow creating a state system of technical regulation;adjust the process of forming departmental systems of technical regulation at ministries and agencies. The Ministry of Industry and Trade was granted the leading functionin implementing this sphere. A correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic reported this today on May 28th.
“On January 24th this year, during the working meeting on technical regulation issues, the Head of the Republic highlighted the vector of development of the Single State System of Technical Regulation associated with a nationwide integration program aimed at forming the business image of the Republic. To minimize risks in building our own system of technical regulation, standardization and metrology, it was decided to takeas the basis the existing and established system of technical regulation of the Russian Federationб, which proved itself authoritative and effective. In general, this stems from the necessity to create favorable conditions for our producers in promoting our products to the markets of Russia and the Eurasian Union,” Aleksey Granovsky commented.
“For residents of the Republic this means protection from second-rate products, goods and services, from the possible infiltration of poor-quality food products into our counters, and much more,” he added.
