В ходе заседания Контактной группы в Минске представители ДНР и ЛНР подняли вопрос об обмене пленными.

«Республикам не удалось получить положительного ответа украинской стороны на предложение об обмене всех установленных лиц, содержащихся в местах заключения на территории Украины, на всех установленных лиц, находящихся в заключении на территории Республик.

Кроме того, не найдено понимание о подписании сторонами декларации о запрете пыток в отношении пленных. Напомним, на протяжении четырех заседаний украинская сторона находит причины не согласовывать текст декларативного заявления, в котором стороны конфликта обязуются обеспечить достойные условия содержания пленных, в том числе оказание им медицинской помощи.

К сожалению, затягивание переговорного процесса в подгруппе по гуманитарным вопросам объясняется в первую очередь постоянным отсутствием переговорщиков от украинской стороны, имеющих полномочия принимать решения и вести диалог», — сообщил источник на переговорах Контактной группы в Минске.
