Украинская сторона в очередной раз сорвала пересменку на ДФС — СЦКК / The Ukrainian side has once again thwarted the shift turnover at the DFS –JCCC

Украинская сторона снова нарушила режим прекращения огня в районе ДФС во время пересменки сотрудников. ВСУ продолжали вести провокационные обстрелы на протяжении двух часов.

В 12:00 миссия отказалась осуществить мониторинг, не дождавшись установления устойчивого режима тишины в районе ДФС. На станции продолжила работать предыдущая смена.

Отметим, что подобные провокации украинской стороны, которые ставят под угрозу работу жизненно важного объекта инфраструктуры, регулярно повторяются во время заседаний на Минской площадке. Так, 15 мая по вине ВСУ была сорвана ротация персонала станции, 16 и 17 мая обеспечение безопасности в районе ДФС также было нарушено украинской стороной.

Такое постоянство действий украинской стороны говорит о намеренном создании опасности для запугивания представителей СММ ОБСЕ, направленной на то, чтобы они отказались от усиленного мониторинга ротаций. Это приведет к тому, что сотрудники станции откажутся от дальнейшей работы, ДФС будет снова остановлена, а украинская сторона снова обвинит в этом ДНР — сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.

The Ukrainian side has again violated the ceasefire near the DFS during the shift turnover of its employees. The AFU were opening provocative fire for two hours.

At 12:00, the Mission refused to monitor, without waiting for reestablishment of stable ceasefire near the DFS. The previous shift has continued working at the station.

Note that such provocations from the Ukrainian side, which jeopardize the work of the critical infrastructure facility, regularly repeat during meetings at the Minsk venue. Therefore, on May 15th, through the fault of the AFU, the rotation of the station’s personnel was disrupted, and on the 16th and 17th of May, provision of security in the DFS area was also thwarted by the Ukrainian side.

Such persistence in the Ukrainian side’s actions indicates the intentional creation of a threat in order to intimidate representatives of the OSCE SMM, aimed at preventing them from the intensified monitoring of rotations. This will lead to the fact that the station’s personnel will refuse to workfurther, the DFS will shut down again, and the Ukrainian side will again accuse the DPR of that, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process reports.
