На площади имени Ленина в Донецке утром 4 июня активисты общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» и общественной организации «Молодая Республика» провели флешмоб, приуроченный Международному дню невинных детей—жертв агрессии. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, они изобразили голубя мира, и люди держали буквы, которые составили надпись: «Дети Донбасса — за мир!».

«Для каждой страны, каждого народа самое ценное и дорогое — это дети! Именно детский смех, детские улыбки заставляют нас, взрослых, делать этот мир лучше. К сожалению, война в Донбассе внесла свои коррективы. Более ста маленьких жизней оборвали снаряды украинской армии, снаряды, летевшие в мирные кварталы. В этом день мы чтим память наших маленьких Ангелов. Мы бы хотели, чтобы весь мир узнал правду о том, что действительно происходит в Донбассе: как против мирного населения была направлена профессиональная армия, как гибнут мирные люди», — отметила руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «ДР» Наталья Волкова.

Напомним, что с начала боевых действий в Донбассе погибло около 150 детей разного возраста. 19 августа 1982 года на своей чрезвычайной специальной сессии Генеральная Ассамблея ООН своей резолюцией постановила отмечать 4 июня каждого года как Международный день невинных детей-жертв агрессии.

In Lenin Square of Donetsk, on the morning of June 4th, activists of the Donetsk Republic public movement and the Young Republic public organization held a flash mob dedicated to the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, they depicted the dove of peace, and people kept the letters that made the inscription: Children of Donbass for peace!

“To every country, every nation, children are the dearest and most precious ones! It is children’s laughter, children’s smiles that make us, adults, create a better world. Unfortunately, the war in Donbass has made its own corrections. Rounds of the Ukrainian army, rounds falling on peaceful neighborhoods, claimed more than a hundred little lives. On this day we honor the memory of our little Angels. We would like the whole world learnt the truth about what is really happening in Donbass: the professional army was directed against civilians, peaceful people are being killed,” head of the DR PM Central Executive Committee Natalia Volkova noted.

Recall that since the outbreak of hostilities in Donbass, about 150 children of different age have been killed. On August 19th, 1982, at their urgent special session, the UN General Assembly, by the resolution, decided to commemorate June 4th every year as the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression.
