На деcятом заседании комиссии «Фонда Единый Донбасс» рассмотрено 535 обращений от граждан, попавших в трудную жизненную ситуацию. Об этом рассказал сегодня, 5 июня, руководитель фонда Олег Балыкин на брифинге в Донецке.
«Комиссией принято 335 положительных решений на общую сумму 14 099 900 рублей, 200 заявлений отклонено ввиду невозможности установления тяжести жизненной ситуации по предоставленным документам. Средняя сумма выплат составила 42 000 рублей.
Выплаты по десятому протоколу начнутся после окончательной обработки данных и уточнения с ГП «Почта Донбасса» адресов отделений почты, на которых заявителям, получившим положительные решения, будет удобно забрать единовременную материальную помощь», — сообщил руководитель ОО «Фонд Единый Донбасс» Олег Балыкин.
Он также обратил внимание заявителей на несоответствие предоставленных комплектов документов при описании и подтверждении трудной жизненной ситуации. Тем не менее, фонд сохраняет право на повторное обращение и возможность досылки документов от этих заявителей.
За десять заседаний, которые состоялись в 2018 году, комиссией фонда рассмотрено 4 282 заявления, из них одобрено 2 411 на общую сумму 94 482 200 рублей.
«За время работы фонда для детей была выделена помощь в размере 29 874 800 рублей (21 % от общей суммы одобренных заявлений). Всего рассмотрено обращений относительно 832 детей, из которых 177 – те, кто нуждается в лечении и реабилитации, дети с особыми потребностями. Также при взаимодействии со всеми участниками Гуманитарной программы, в том числе Институтом неотложной и восстановительной хирургии имени Гусака, «Фонд Единый Донбасс» рассмотрел обращения по поводу лечения 11 детей с врожденными пороками сердца для подготовки к операции и восстановления после нее», — добавил Олег Балыкин.
Отметим, что общественная организация «Фонд Единый Донбасс» за год работы рассмотрела 8 596 заявлений, из которых одобрено 3 910 на общую сумму 138 223 940 рублей. По состоянию на 31 мая по всем протоколам, одобренным комиссией фонда в 2017-2018 году, осуществлено 3 254 выплаты на общую сумму 111 439 840 рублей.

“The commission has adopted 335 favorable decisions for a total of 14,099,900 rubles, 200 applications have been denied due to the impossibility of establishing the seriousness of the life situation from the documents provided. The average amount of payments has totaled 42,000 rubles.
Payments under the tenth protocol will begin after the final processing of data and clarification of addresses of post offices with the Pochta Donbassa SE where the applicants who have received positive decisions can conveniently take their one-off financial aid,” head of the United Donbass Fund Oleg Balykin told.
He also drew the attention of the applicants to the inconsistency of the provided sets of documents in describing and confirming their difficult life situation. Nevertheless, the fund retains the right to re-appeal and the possibility to complete the sending documents from these applicants.

“During the fund’s work, financial aid has been allocated to children in the amount of 29,874,800 rubles (21% of the total amount of approved applications). A total of 832 application on children had been considered, 177of who need treatment and rehabilitation, children with special needs. Also, in cooperation with all participants of the Humanitarian Program, including the Institute of Urgent and Anaplastic Surgery named after Gusak, the United Donbass Fund has considered appeals regarding the treatment of 11 children with congenital heart defects to prepare for surgery and recovery from it,” Oleg Balykin added.
Note that the United Donbass Fund public organization for the year of work has reviewed 8,596 applications, 3,910 of which have been approved for a total of 138,223,940 rubles. As of May 31st, under all the protocols approved by the fund’s commission in 2017-2018, 3,254 payments have been made for a total of 111,439,840 rubles.
