Сегодня, 13 июня, на заседании группы по политическим вопросам в Минске от Киева присутствовал только эксперт, не имеющий статуса официального представителя и подтверждения полномочий по согласованию чего-либо или представлению переговорных позиций украинской стороны. Так прокомментировала встречу и. о. министра иностранных дел Наталья Никонорова.

«Это красноречиво говорит о недобросовестном отношении Украины к Минскому процессу и о нежелании начать диалог в конструктивном русле.

Принципиальное невыполнение Киевом положений Комплекса мер не только привело к длительному кризису в процессе переговоров, но и обуславливает продолжение военных действий, жертвами которых становятся мирные жители Донбасса.

Выходом из кризиса в политической группе может стать предметное обсуждение «формулы Штайнмайера», на основе которой должен быть введен в действие закон об особом статусе Донбасса и амнистии.

Однако до сих пор мы наблюдали лишь всевозможные попытки Киева уйти любым способом от выполнения своих обязательств. Тем не менее, в ходе прошедшей на днях встречи глав МИД в «нормандском формате» был вновь подтвержден тот факт, что альтернативы Минским соглашениям и прямым переговорам с представителями Донецкой и Луганской Народных Республик нет – это единственный мирный механизм урегулирования конфликта и восстановления мира в долгосрочной перспективе», — подчеркнула Нвтвлья Никонорова.

“This eloquently speaks of Ukraine’s unconscionable attitude towards the Minsk process and the reluctance to start a dialogue in a constructive way.

Kiev’s principled failure to implement the provisions of the Complex of Measures not only led to the long crisis in the negotiation process, but also causes the continuation of hostilities, whose victims are civilians of Donbas.

The way out of the crisis in the political group can be a substantive discussion of Steinmeier’s formula, on the basis of which the law on the special status of Donbass and the amnesty should be enacted.

However, until now we have seen only all possible attempts of Kiev to escape the implementation of their obligations in every way. Nevertheless, at the recent meeting, the foreign ministers in the Normandy format confirmed the fact that there are no alternatives to the Minsk Agreements and direct negotiations with representatives of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics — it’s the only peaceful mechanism to settle the conflict and to reestablish peace in a long-term term perspective,” Natalia Nikonorova stressed.
