Генпрокуратурой ДНР будут возбуждены уголовные дела на 11 командиров ВСУ, виновных в обстрелах Республики – МО ДНР / The DPR Prosecutor General’s Office will institute criminal cases for 11 commanders of the AFU guilty of shelling the Republic – DPR Defense Ministry

Разведка ВС ДНР провела колоссальную работу по сбору доказательств на боевиков ВСУ, совершавших в течение недели военные преступления против мирного населения Донбасса. Как отметили в пресс-службе МО ДНР, все материалы разведки будут переданы в ближайшее время в Следственное управление Генеральной прокуратуры ДНР.

«Материалы разведки содержат доказательства преступлений украинских боевиков по фактам получения ранений тремя мирными жителями ДНР и разрушений 7 объектов гражданской инфраструктуры Республики в июне 2018 года в результате обстрелов террористами ВСУ. Следующим шагом будет возбуждение Генеральной прокуратурой ДНР уголовных дел на 11 командиров ВСУ:

24 омбр, полковника В. Гудзя; 30 омбр, полковника И. Гараза; 36 обрмп, полковника А. Гнатова; 503 обмп 36 обрмп, майора В. Сухаревского; командира 55 оабр, подполковника Р.Качуру; командира ОТГ «Восток», генерал-майора А. Красноока; начальника штаба ОТГ «Восток», полковника С. Смышляева; командира ОТГ «Север», генерал-майора В. Кравченко; начальника штаба ОТГ «Север», полковника С. Литвинова; командующего ООС, генерал-лейтенанта С. Наева; начальника штаба ООС, генерал-майора В. Залужного.

Мы продолжаем собирать доказательства военных преступлений, совершенных украинскими террористами против жителей Донбасса», — отметили в оперативном командовании ВС ДНР.

The intelligence of the DPR Armed Forces has carried out a colossal amount of work on collecting the evidence on the AFU militants who committed the war crimes against the peaceful population of Donbass during the week. According to the press service of the DPR Ministry of Defense, all the intelligence reconnaissance materials will be transferred to the Investigative Department of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office in the near future.

“The intelligence materials contain the evidence of the crimes of the Ukrainian militants on the facts of wounding three civilians of the DPR and destroying 7 objects of the civilian infrastructure of the Republic in June 2018 as a result of the AFU terrorists’ shelling. The next step will be the Prosecutor General’s Office’s institution of criminal cases for 11 commanders of the AFU:

24 separate mechanized brigade, Colonel V. Gudz; 30 separate mechanized brigade, Colonel I. Garaz; 36 separate marine brigade, Colonel A. Gnatov; 503 separate marine battalion 36 separate marine brigade, Major V. Sukharevsky; commander of the 55th separate artillery brigade, Lieutenant-Colonel R. Kachur; commander of the Vostok task force, Major-General A. Krasnook; chief of the Vostok task force’s headquarters, Colonel S. Smyshlyaev; commander of the Sever task force, Major-General V. Kravchenko; chief of the Sever task force’s headquarters, Colonel S. Litvinov; commander of the occupation forces, Lieutenant-General S. Nayev; chief of the occupation forces’ headquarters, General Major V. Zaluzhny.

We continue collecting the evidence of war crimes committed by the Ukrainian terrorists against the residents of Donbass,” the DPR Armed Forces’ operational command noted.
