МГБ ДНР выявлены новые формы и методы работы СБ Украины, применяемые при вербовке жителей Республики, в том числе военнослужащих ВС ДНР, путём шантажа, угроз и обмана. В частности, СБУ с целью вербовки граждан ДНР использует подложные страницы Главы Республики, органов государственной власти, иных учреждений.

Так, в МГБ обратились граждане Республики Тухватуллин Валерий Юрьевич, 1985 г.р., и Мовчан Татьяна Владимировна, 15.02.1976г.р., которые сообщили, что в их адрес поступили угрозы со стороны сотрудников СБУ.

Установлено, что В.Тухватуллин во время отбывания наказания в одном из исправительных учреждений ДНР в 2016 году принял решение подать прошение о помиловании к Главе Республики, в связи с чем осуществил поиск страниц Главы в сети «Интернет», и с помощью своей жены Т.Мовчан отправил на найденные им адреса текст прошения в электронном виде с приложением скан-копии своих документов. Как выяснилось позднее, найденные В.Тухватуллиным страницы оказались подложными, созданными украинской спецслужбой. В ходе дальнейшей переписки сотрудники СБУ от имени Главы дали гарантии рассмотрения прошения, а позднее, в форме ответной услуги, отработали задание на сбор информации о ситуации в Республике.

После выполнения первого задания сотрудники СБУ обозначили свою реальную ведомственную принадлежность и пытались путем шантажа и угроз заставить Т.Мовчан и В.Тухватуллина собирать и передавать противнику информацию о военных объектах и военнослужащих ДНР.

В связи с добровольной явкой с повинной в МГБ ДНР, В.Тухватуллин и Т.Мовчан освобождены от уголовной ответственности по ст. 320 УК ДНР «Государственная измена» (статья предусматривает до 20 лет лишения свободы).

The DPR State Security Ministryhas revealed new forms and methods of work of the Security Service of Ukraine to recruit residents of the Republic, including military personnel of the DPR Armed Forces, through blackmail, threats and deception. In particular, the Security Service Of Ukraine, for the purpose of recruiting citizens of the DPR, uses false websites of the DPR Head, state authorities, and other institutions.

Thus, the citizens of the Republic,Valery Y. Tukhvatullin, born in 1985, and TatyanaV. Movchan, born in15.02.1976, turned to the State Security Ministry to informthey had been threatened by SBU officers.

It was established that V. Tukhvatullin, while serving his sentence at one of the penitentiary institutions of the DPR in 2016, decided to file a petition for pardon to the Head of the Republic, in connection with which he searched the websites of the Head on the Internet, and with the help of his wife T. Movchan, he sent the text of the petitionby email to the addresses found by him, with a scanned copy of his documents. As it turned out later, the websites found by V. Tukhvatullin turned out to be fakes created by the Ukrainian special services. In the course of the further correspondence, the SBU officials, misrepresenting themselves as the Head, gave guarantees that the petitionwould be considered, and later, in the form of a response service, worked out the task to collect information on the situation in the Republic.

After the first task, the SBU officers unveiled their real departmental affiliation and tried to force T.Movchan and V.Tukhvatullin,by blackmailing and threatening, to collect and transfer information about the military facilities and military personnel of the DPR.

Because of the freewillacknowledgement of guilt atthe DPR State Security Ministry, V.Tukhvatullin and T.Movchanwere released from criminal liability under art. 320“State Treason” (the article provides for up to 20 years imprisonment)of the DPR Criminal Code).

Do not use social networks or unverified pages on the Internet to sendyour appeals.
