12 июня 2018 года на основании материалов, собранных и переданных МГБ ДНР, Военный Трибунал на правах палаты Верховного Суда Донецкой Народной Республики, рассмотрев в закрытом судебном заседании уголовное дело по обвинению гр. Соколова Валерия Анатольевича 1958 г.р., уроженца г. Красногоровка, в совершении преступления, предусмотренного статьей 321 «Шпионаж» УК ДНР. В результате рассмотрения дела гр. Соколов В.А. признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного указанной статьей, и приговорен к 10 (десяти) годам лишения свободы с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима.
Установлено, что в период с 10 по 20 июня 2016 г. Соколов В.А. на принадлежащем ему транспортном средстве «Renаult Duster» следовал из г. Димитров, находящегося на временно оккупированной ВСУ территории ДНР, в г. Донецк.
При пересечении КПП «Курахово» с Соколовым В.А. установили контакт сотрудники СБУ, которые предложили ему сотрудничество, заключавшееся в сборе и передаче информации в отношении военных объектов на территории ДНР, а также иной оперативной информации в обмен на беспрепятственное прохождение КПП «Курахово» и иную помощь на территории Украины.
Получив согласие Соколова В.А., сотрудники СБУ отработали ему задание на сбор сведений об одном из военных объектов ДНР. После этого Соколовым В.А. был выбран оперативный псевдоним и установлены способы связи.
Продолжая свою преступную деятельность, Соколов В.А. летом 2016 г., действуя умышленно, по заданию украинской спецслужбы, осознавая, что собранные им сведения будут использованы против безопасности ДНР, неоднократно производил фото- и видеозаписи военного объекта, а также въезжающих и выезжающих из него автомобилей.
Позднее, используя личный компьютер, Соколов В.А. передавал собранную информацию сотрудникам СБУ, используя ранее оговоренный способ связи.
МГБ ДНР предупреждает: в случае осуществления вербовочных подходов в отношении вас и ваших близких со стороны иностранных спецслужб, осуществляющих свою деятельность против ДНР, необходимо немедленно сообщить в органы государственной безопасности Донецкой Народной Республики. Только явка с повинной, согласно стст. 320, 321 УК ДНР, является основанием для освобождения от уголовной ответственности.
On June 12th, 2018, on the basis of materials collected and submitted to the DPR State Security Ministry, the Military Tribunal as a chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic, examined during the closed court session a criminal case against Valery A Sokolov, born in 1958, a native of Krasnogorovka, for committing a crime under article 321 “Espionage” of the DPR Criminal Code. Following the case, V.A. Sokolov was found guilty of committing a crime under this article and sentenced to 10 (ten) years in prison with a term of imprisonment in a strict-regime correctional colony.
It is established that in the period from the 10th to 20th of June 2016 V.A. in the Renault Duster vehicle belonging to him was heading for Donetsk from the town of Dimitrov located in the territory of the DPR temporarily occupied by the AFU.
When crossing the Kurakhovo checkpoint, V.A. Sokolov was contacted by SBU officers, who offered him cooperation, which consisted in collecting and transferring information concerning military facilities in the territory of the DPR, as well as other operational information in exchange for the unhindered passage of the Kurakhovo checkpoint and other assistance in the territory of Ukraine.
Having received the consent of V.A. Sokolov, the SBU officers prepared for him a task to collect information about one of the military facilities of the DPR. After this, V.A. Sokolov chose a covername and communication methods were established.
Continuing his criminal activities, V.A. Sokolov, in the summer of 2016, acting deliberately, at the instructions of the Ukrainian special services, realizing that the information he had collected would be used against the security of the DPR, repeatedly captured on video and took photographs of the military facility, as well as cars entering and leaving it.
Later, using his personal computer, V.A. Sokolov transferred the collected information to the SBU officers, using the previously agreed method of communication.
The DPR State Security Ministry warns: in the case of recruitment approaches against you and your relatives at the hands of foreign special services conducting their activities against the DPR, it is necessary to immediately inform the state security institutions of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Only voluntary surrender, according to articles 320, 321 of the DPR Criminal Code, can be the basis for relief from criminal responsibility.
