В Минске в данное время проходит заседание рабочей группы по вопросам безопасности Контактной группы.
Основными акцентами встречи станут: обсуждение предложенного СММ ОБСЕ проекта документа с дополнительными мерами по усилению прекращения огня, срыв украинской стороной реализации Рамочного решения на всех трех пилотных участках разведения сил и средств, а также предпринимаемые сторонами меры защиты персонала и самой Донецкой фильтровальной станции.
В рамках первого вопроса стороны обсудили общую ситуацию с безопасностью, проект документа с дополнительными мерами контроля соблюдения перемирия и заявили свои данные по нарушениям сторон.
Представители Республики также озвучили статистику и аналитику нарушений режима прекращения огня украинской стороной.
A meeting of the working group on security issues of the Contact Group is currently being held in Minsk.
The meeting is focusing mainly on discussion of the draft document, which wasproposed by the OSCE SMM,on additional measures to strengthen the ceasefire, the failure of the Ukrainian side to implement the Framework Decision at all three pilot sites for the withdrawal of forces and armaments, as well as the measures taken by the parties to protect the personnel and the Donetsk Filter Station itself.
Regarding the first issue, the parties discussed the overall security situation, the draft document with additional measures to monitor compliance with the ceasefire and announced their data on violations by the parties.
Representatives of the Republic also announce the statistics and analysis of ceasefire violations from the side of Ukraine.
