Сегодня во время Прямой линии с гражданами Республики Глава государства ответил на вопрос журналистов о грядущих осенью выборах, а также высказал личное мнение о важности избирательного процесса.
«В 2014 году кресло Главы Республики напоминало раскаленную сковороду, и занять его никто не захотел. Спустя 4 года в Республике многое изменилось и жизнь так или иначе, но начала налаживаться — появилось понимание и умение решать глобальные проблемы, находить пути их решения, пусть относительная, но уже стабильность. Наряду с этим увеличилось и количество желающих занять пост Главы, особенно среди активных блогеров.
Согласно закону ДНР, предвыборная кампания еще не началась, и сегодня мы решаем текущие государственные вопросы. О выборах думать некогда – мы работаем с утра до ночи. Тем не менее, я готовлю свою программу, с которой пойду на выборы. В ней нет ничего нового, не будет также ничего голословного и несбыточного. Эта программа разработана нашей командой и реализуется каждый день. В ней будут прописаны четкие задачи и точные сроки их реализации.
На выборы идти нужно, они необходимы, даже с учетом военного положения. Это они еще раз покажут мировому сообществу, что мы самостоятельны, что народ Донбасса поддерживает избранный им курс», — прокомментировал Глава.

“In 2014 the chair of Head of the Republic resembled a hot pan, and nobody wanted to take it. After 4 years in the Republic, life has changed in one way or another, but it has begun getting better — there is an understanding and ability to resolve global problems, find ways to resolve them, albeit relative, but already it’s stability. Along with this, the number of people wishing to take up the Head’soffice has increased, especially among active bloggers.
According to the DPR law, the election campaign has not yet begun, and today we are solving current state issues. We have no time to think about elections – we work from sunup to sunset. Nevertheless, I am preparing my program, with which I will go to the polls. There is nothing new in it, there will also be nothing unfounded and unfeasible. This program has been developed by our team and is implemented every day. It clearly prescribes the tasks and exact terms for their implementation.
It is necessary to go to the polls,it’s required, even taking into account the martial law. This will once again show the world community that we are independent, that the Donbass people support the course chosen by us,” the Head commented.
