В четвертую годовщину трагического события, связанного с катастрофой авиалайнера «Боинг—777» рейса МН-17 Амстердам — Куала-Лумпур авиакомпании «Малайзия Эйрлайнз», корреспонденты официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики встретились с министром по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий, генерал-лейтенантом службы гражданской защиты Алексеем Кострубицким, который поделился своими воспоминаниями о событиях лета 2014 года.
«17 июля мы по первому звонку прибыли на место крушения «Боинга—777» в населенный пункт Грабово. Мы с первой минуты приступили к тушению пожара на месте крушения, с первых часов развернули лагерь, где наши спасатели занимались поиском тел, фрагментов «Боинга». Это была первая серьезная гражданская операция в Республике по ликвидации аварии такого масштаба.
Мы ждали международных наблюдателей, представителей Нидерландов и Малайзии, но никого не было. Более того, со стороны Украины поступали указания, чтобы мы не выезжали на место крушения и просто оставались на своих местах. Но мы свою работу сделали.
Операция проводилась в три этапа. Первый — с 17 по 21 июля 2014 года. В тот момент мы определили все участки падения лайнера. Было два основных места, в районе Грабово и Петропавловки. За эти три дня мы собрали все тела и передали их при помощи миссии ОБСЕ. Следующий этап был с 16 по 21 ноября 2014 года. Тогда уже присутствовали представители Совета безопасности Нидерландов, по их просьбе мы подписали соглашение о передаче обломков «Боинга». И силами сотрудников МЧС собрали обломки, погрузили в железнодорожный вагон и также передали. Третий этап был с 16 по 28 апреля 2015 года. Также при содействии Совета безопасности Нидерландов мы оказали помощь в сборе и транспортировке грунта, мелких фрагментов», — рассказал Алексей Кострубицкий.
Кроме того, министр по делам ГО и ЧС подробно осветил действия сотрудников МЧС, отметил сложности в осуществлении спасательных работ и другие моменты.
«По прошествии времени могу сказать, что мы свою работу выполнили четко, слаженно, правильно. Это было сложно, но мы это сделали. И к нам как к представителям спасательного ведомства претензий нет», — добавил Алексей Кострубицкий.

“On July 17th, we arrived at the crash site of the Boeing 777 in the village of Grabovo as soon as we got the first call. We immediately started to extinguish the fire at the crash site, from the first hours we deployed a camp where our rescuers were searching for bodies, fragments of the Boeing. This was the first serious civil operation in the Republic to eliminate an accident of such ascope.
We were waiting for international observers, representatives of the Netherlands and Malaysia, but there was no one. Moreover, there were instructions from Ukraine that we did not go to the crash site and simply stayput. But we have done our work.
The operation was conducted in three stages. The first one was lasting from July 17th to July 21st, 2014. At that moment, we identified all the areas of the airliner’s crash. There were two basic spots in the vicinity of Grabovo and Petropavlovka. During these three days, we collected all the bodies and transferred the, with the help of the OSCE Mission. The next stage was lasting from November 16th to 21st, 2014. Then representatives of the Security Council of the Netherlands were already present, at our request we signed an agreement on the transfer of the wreckage of the Boeing. Andby efforts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations the fragments were collected, loaded into a railway car and also transferred. The third stage was lasting from April 16th to 28th, 2015. With the assistance of the Dutch Security Council al well, we helped to collect and transportthe soil and small fragments,” Aleksey Kostrubitsky told.
In addition, the Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations told in details about the actions of Emergency Situations Ministry officers,highlighted the difficulties in implementing the rescue operations and other issues.
“Over time, I can say that we did our job clearly, smoothly, properly. It was hard, but we did it. And there were no claims to us as representatives of the rescue agency,” Aleksey Kostrubitsky added.
