16 июля в Хельсинки прошла первая полноформатная встреча президентов РФ Владимира Путина и США Дональда Трампа. Повлияют ли итоги саммита на переговорный процесс по урегулированию конфликта в Донбассе, корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказал постоянный полномочный представитель Республики в Контактной группе Денис Пушилин.
«Ожидаю стагнацию. После принятия каких-либо стратегических решений требуется время, чтобы это было преподнесено в виде проектов, задач или вводных. Поэтому думаю, что предстоящая встреча особо не будет отличаться от предыдущей. Какие-то мелкие технические вопросы будут решаться, мы научились уже работать в таких рамках. Так или иначе, получается договариваться о гарантиях безопасности на определенных участках, удается продвигаться в вопросе работы оператора «Vodafone», идет работа по приближению следующего обмена», — отметил полпред ДНР.
Решение вопросов политического урегулирования, а также разведения сил и средств, по словам Пушилина, по-прежнему блокируется украинской стороной.
On July 16th, Helsinki hosted the first full featured meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump. Permanent Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic to the Contact Group Denis Pushilin told a correspondent of the DPR official website whether the outcome of the summit affects the negotiation process for the resolution of the conflict in Donbass.
“I expect stagnation. After making any strategic decisions, it takes time for all this to come down vertically and be presented in the form of projects, tasks or preambles. Too short on time, so I think the upcoming meeting will not be very different from the previous one. Any small technical issues will be solved, we have learned to work within such limits. One way or another, we manage to agree on security guarantees in certain areas, it is possible to move forward on the issue of Vodafone provider’s work, another war prisoners’ exchange is gradually approaching,” the DPR envoy noted.
Resolution of the political settlementissues, as well as the withdrawal of forces and weapons, according to Pushilin, has been yet blocked by the Ukrainian side.
