Во время очередного раунда переговоров гуманитарной подгруппы в Минске планируется обсуждение вопросов обмена пленными и возвращения документов ранее освобожденным. 25 июля стороны также обговорят совместный поиск лиц, пропавших без вести. Будущую встречу прокомментировала Уполномоченный по правам человека в ДНР Дарья Морозова.
«Главным вопросом встречи гуманитарной подгруппы по-прежнему остается обмен пленными в формате всех установленных на всех установленных. Мы возлагаем большие надежды на эти переговоры. С предыдущего заседания гуманитарной подгруппы прошел почти месяц, и мы ожидаем, что за это время украинская сторона смогла определиться со своей официальной позицией по данному вопросу.
Важным также является рассмотрение вопроса поиска лиц, пропавших без вести. Надеюсь, что на предстоящей встрече будет основательно рассмотрен механизм совместного поиска. Напомню, что дорожная карта по этому вопросу уже давно разработана, однако по надуманным причинам украинской стороны запустить ее в работу пока не представляется возможным», — заявила Дарья Морозова.
Омбудсмен также отметила, что в течение этого месяца от украинской стороны не было получено ни одной письменной позиции по вышеозначенным вопросам повестки дня.
During the next round of the humanitarian subgroup’snegotiations in Minsk, it is planned to discuss the exchange of war prisoners and the return of the documents to the people previously released. On July 25th, the parties will also negotiate a joint search for missing persons. Commissioner for Human Rights of the DPR Darya Morozova commented on the future meeting.
“The main issue of the humanitarian subgroup’s meeting is still the exchange of war prisoners in the format of all identifiedfor all identified. We put great hopes on these negotiations. Since the previous meeting of the humanitarian subgroup, almost a month has passed, and we expect that during this time the Ukrainian side has been able to determine their official position on this issue.
It is also important to consider the search for missing persons. I hope that the mechanism of the joint search will be thoroughly considered at the forthcoming meeting. Let me remind you that the roadmap on this issue has long been worked out, but for the far-fetched reasons, the Ukrainian side has failed to bring it into operation,” Darya Morozova claimed.
The Ombudsperson also noted that during this month no written position on the above issues on the agenda had beenprovided by the Ukrainian side.
