В конце августа Верховным Судом ДНР планируется подписание международного договора о сотрудничестве с Верховным Судом Республики Южная Осетия. Соглашение предполагает обмен опытом судебной практики, а также повышение деловой квалификации сотрудников судебной системы двух стран. Об этом сегодня, 25 июля, заявил Председатель Верховного Суда ДНР Эдуард Якубовский, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.
«Сейчас мы прорабатываем текст соглашения. Надеюсь, что в конце августа работа Верховного Суда ДНР получит новый импульс уже в международном плане. Прежде всего это обмен опытом судебной практики, также это соглашение будет очень полезно для повышения деловой квалификации работников судебной системы», — прокомментировал Эдуард Якубовский.
For the last part of August, the DPR Supreme Court is going to sign an international cooperation agreement with the Supreme Court of the Republic of South Ossetia. The agreement presupposes the sharing of experience in judicial practice, as well as the improvement of the managerial qualification of the personnel of the judicial system of the two countries. This was claimed today, on July 25th, by Chairman of the DPR Supreme Court Eduard Yakubovsky, according to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“Now we are working on the text of the agreement. I hope that at the end of August the work of the DPR Supreme Court will get a new impetus already at the international level. First of all, this involves sharing experience of judicial practice, and it will also be very useful for us to improve the managerial skills of workers of the judicial system,” Eduard Yakubovsky commented.
