В Минске идет заседание рабочей подгруппы по вопросам безопасности Контактной группы, сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и переговорном процессе. Основными вопросами станут: общая ситуация с соблюдением действующего перемирия, продолжение обсуждения предложенного СММ ОБСЕ проекта документа с дополнительными мерами контроля перемирия, срыв украинской стороной реализации Рамочного решения на всех трех пилотных участках разведения сил и средств, а также альтернативное предложение Республик в рамках возобновления обязательств сторон по отведению тяжелого вооружения.
В рамках первого вопроса стороны заявили свои данные по нарушениям, обсудили общую ситуацию с безопасностью, а также проект документа с дополнительными мерами контроля соблюдения перемирия.
Координатор группы посол Апакан отметил низкий уровень нарушений перемирия, призвал стороны сосредоточиться на работе по сохранению такого уровня и дальнейшему снижению эскалации, а также согласовать дополнительные меры контроля режима прекращения огня.
Представитель Республики в рабочей подгруппе по вопросам безопасности Контактной группы на переговорах в Минске Алексей Никоноров озвучил статистику и аналитику нарушений режима прекращения огня украинской стороной за двухнедельный период между встречами, а также за 25 дней действующего перемирия.
The meeting of the Contact Group’s working sub-group on security issues is taking place in Minsk, according to the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process. The main issues are: the general situation of compliance with the current ceasefire, the further discussion of the draft document on additional ceasefire control measuresproposed by the OSCE SMM, the failure of the Ukrainian side to implement the Framework Decision at all the three pilot sites for withdrawal of forces and armaments, as well as the alternative proposal of the Republics as part of the renewal of the parties’ obligations for the withdrawal of heavy weapons.
As for the first issue, the parties stated their data on violations, discussed the overall security situation, as well as the draft document on additional measures to monitor compliance with the ceasefire.
The coordinator of the group, Ambassador Apakan, noted the low level of ceasefire violations, urged the parties to focus on the work to maintain this level and further reduction of the escalation, and to agree on additional measures to control the ceasefire.
Aleksey Nikonorov, a representative of the Republic forthe working group on security issues at the Contact Group’snegotiations in Minsk, announced the statistics and analysis of ceasefireviolations by the Ukrainian side during the two-week period between the meetings, as well as over 25 days of the current ceasefire.
