Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции Луганской Народной Республики остается сложной, но имеет тенденцию к стабилизации. За прошедшие сутки нарушений режима прекращения огня украинской стороной не зафиксировано. Об этом сегодня, 26 июля, заявил официальный представитель НМ ЛНР, подполковник Андрей Марочко, сообщает из Луганска собственный корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.
«Командование ВСУ, несмотря на «урожайное» перемирие, продолжает обострять обстановку в регионе и проводит наращивание сил и средств в зоне карательной операции. Так, в зоне ответственности 59-й мотопехотной бригады, в районе населенного пункта Новоайдар, на территории одного из аграрных предприятий размещено несколько единиц РСЗО БМ-21 «Град». Туда же прибыло пять грузовых автомобилей с боекомплектом для данных систем. Реактивные снаряды имеют маркировку кассетных боеприпасов. Использование таких снарядов запрещено Международной конвенцией по кассетным боеприпасам, подписанной 112 странами 3 декабря 2008 г. в Осло. Мы призываем международные организации обратить внимание на намеренное игнорирование украинской стороной норм международного гуманитарного права.
Также, по информации от местных жителей, в населенном пункте Широкий Станично-Луганского района одно из подразделений той же 59-й бригады ВСУ заняло часть здания школы и использует его для размещения личного состава. На территории школы находится два грузовых автомобиля «Урал» и одна БМП. Данная школа является действующей и 1 сентября готовится принять в своих стенах учеников, однако после размещения карателей ВСУ, учитывая их отношения к мирному населению, школе однозначно потребуется капитальный ремонт. Тем самым украинская власть в очередной раз показала свое отношение к своему народу. Истинная ее цель – это геноцид украинцев, не принимающих навязанные либеральные ценности», — сказал Андрей Марочко.

“The AFU command, in spite of the harvest truce, continues ecalating the situation in the region and is building up forces and means in the area of the punitive operation. Thus, in the area of responsibility of the 59th mechanized infantry brigade, near Novoaydar, in the territory of one of the agrarian enterprises there are several units of the ML-21 Grad MLRS statined. Also, five trucks with ammunition for these systems have arrived there. The missiles are marked with cluster munitions. The use of such shells was prohibited by the International Convention on Cluster Munitions, signed by 112 countries on the 3rd of December 2008 in Oslo. We call on international organizations to pay attention to Ukraine’s deliberate ignoring of the regulations of international humanitarian law.
In addition, according to information from the local residents, in the village of Shiroky of Stanitsa Luganskaya district, one of the units of the same 59th brigade of the AFU occupied a part of the building of the school and uses it to station their personnel. There are two Ural trucks and one infantry fighting vehicle on the premises of the school. This school is operational and is going to accept pupils within its walls on September 1st it, however, after stationing the AFU punishers, given their attitude towards the civilian population, the school will definitely need major repairs. Thus, the Ukrainian government have once again showed their attitude towards their nation. Their true goal is to commit the genocide of Ukrainians who do not accept the liberal values imposed on them,” Andrei Marochko said.
