В ходе брифинга 27 июля заместитель командующего ВС ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин сообщил, что низкую боеготовность ВСУ фиксируют и кураторы из НАТО.
«Так, по итогам многонационального учения «Си Бриз-2018» командующий 6 флотом ВМС США, вице-адмирал Джеймс Фого оценил действия украинских Военно-морских сил на «неудовлетворительно» и порекомендовал провести предварительное учение в рамках подготовки к «Си Бриз-2019».
В частности, украинской стороне было предложено принять участие в командно-штабных учениях «Достойный партнер-2018», которые пройдут в период с 1 по 15 августа в Грузии. Можно только представить, насколько слабо украинские ВМС проявили себя в ходе учений «Си Бриз-2018», что им порекомендовали приобрести боевые навыки у грузинской армии, еще одной самой «боеспособной» армии, «отлично» проявившей себя в ходе вторжения в Южную Осетию в августе 2008 года», — отметил Эдуард Басурин.
