Сегодня, 28 июля, в 1030-летнюю дату Крещения Руси в Свято-Владимирском храме Донецка прошла торжественная литургия. Службу посетили Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко и Председатель Народного Совета ДНР Денис Пушилин. Об этом сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«Поздравляю всех верующих православных людей с эти великим праздником – 1030-летием Крещения Руси. Для нас это знаменательная дата, ровно 1030 лет назад православный мир полностью поменялся. Князь Владимир совершил тот подвиг, который совершают только святые люди», — поздравил Александр Захарченко всех жителей Республики.

В свою очередь Денис Пушилин добавил, что для русской державы данная годовщина очень важна, так как данное событие определило в целом развитие православной церкви на русской земле. Председатель НС ДНР также поздравил всех православных с таким великим праздником: «Хочу пожелать всего наилучшего и, конечно же, мирного неба над головой», — отметил он.

По завершении молебна на территории храма прошел крестный ход.

Today, on July 28th, on the 1030th anniversary of the Christianization of Rus, Holy Vladimir Church of Donetsk held a solemn liturgy. Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko and Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin attended the service. A correspondent of the DPR official website reports this.

“I congratulate all Orthodox believers on this great holiday, the 1030th anniversary of the Christianization of Rus. For us this is a great date, exactly 1030 years ago the Orthodox world has completely changed. Prince Vladimir accomplished the feat that only saints are capable of,” Alexander Zakharchenko congratulated all the inhabitants of the Republic.

In turn, Denis Pushilin added that this anniversary is very important for the Russian state, since this event decided the development of the Orthodox Church in the Russian land in general. Chairman of the DPR People’s Council also congratulated all Orthodox people on such a great holiday, “I want to wish you all the best and, of course, peaceful skies above you,” he said.

At the end of the prayer service, a Cross Procession took place in the church.
