На четырнадцатом заседании комиссии «Фонда Единый Донбасс» рассмотрено 436 обращений от граждан, попавших в трудную жизненную ситуацию. Об этом сегодня, 31 июля, во время брифинга рассказал руководитель «Фонда Единый Донбасс» Олег Балыкин.
«Комиссией принято 223 положительных решения на общую сумму 8 073 000,00 рублей, 213 заявлений отклонены ввиду невозможности установления тяжести жизненной ситуации по предоставленным документам.
Обращаем внимание данных заявителей на несоответствие предоставленных комплектов документов при описании и подтверждении их трудной жизненной ситуации. Фонд сохраняет право на повторное обращение и возможность досылки документов от данных заявителей, при условии подтверждения описанной в заявлении проблеме.
Выплаты по четырнадцатому протоколу начнутся после окончательной обработки и уточнения с ГП «Почта Донбасса» адресов отделений почты, на которых заявителям, получившим положительные решения от фонда, будет удобно забрать единовременную материальную помощь, с вами свяжется сотрудник нашего фонда.
За 14 заседаний, которые состоялись в 2018 году комиссией фонда рассмотрено 6 187 заявлений, из них одобренных 3 462 на общую сумму 133 807 200 рублей.
Обращаем внимание заявителей – обязательно описывайте тяжесть вашей жизненной ситуации и прилагайте соответствующие документы. Со списком документов, которые следует направить, можно ознакомиться на сайте Гуманитарной программы или в группах в социальных сетях.
Также отметим, что не нужно присылать оригиналы документов, для рассмотрения вашего дела нам достаточно ксерокопий.
За все время работы фонда, комиссией рассмотрено 10 492 дела, из которых одобренных 4 738 на общую сумму 177 548 940,00. Выплачена по состоянию на 28 июля 4070 заявителям помощь на общую сумму 148 637 000», — сообщил Олег Балыкин.
Также руководитель фонда напомнил, что выплаты осуществляются единовременно, общественная организация «Фонд Единый Донбасс» не оказывает помощь на постоянной основе.
«При получении помощи от «Фонда Единый Донбасс» сотруднику ГП «Почта Донбасса» заявитель должен предъявить все оригиналы документов, копии которых отправлялись к нам. Если заявитель забывает по каким-то причинам документ, требующий установления личности или тяжести жизненной ситуации, то помощь выплачена не будет.
Акцентируем внимание заявителей: при отправке документов посредством электронной почты проверяйте качество документов. Комплект должен быть отсканирован либо четко сфотографирован и выглядеть надлежащим образом. Нумерация, печати, подпись должны хорошо просматриваться.
И последнее: по документу, подтверждающему категорию, невозможно определить, какая помощь нужна заявителю. Если отправитель подпадает под одну из категорий фонда, но не подтверждает тяжесть жизненной ситуации, не описывает в заявлении свою проблему, то поддержка от общественной организации не может быть выделена. Наличие у семьи трех и более детей либо воспитание ребенка самостоятельно не доказывает трудность жизненной ситуации», — подчеркнул Олег Балыкин.

And the last: according to the document confirming the category, it is impossible to determine what kind of help the applicant needs. If the sender falls into one of the categories of the fund, but does not confirm the gravity of the life situation, does not describe the problem in the application, then support from the public organization cannot be provided. Having a family of three or more children or raising a child independently does not prove the difficulty of the life situation,” Oleg Balykin stressed.
