Как сообщалось ранее, на сторону ВС ДНР перешел военнослужащий ВСУ, личность и место прохождения службы которого на сегодня не раскрываются по причине того, что у него на Украине остались родственники и он волнуется за их безопасность. Об этом сообщил заместитель командующего оперативным командованием ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин в ходе брифинга 3 августа.
«Сегодня мы можем показать только часть его личных документов, а также личное оружие и электронные версии некоторых служебных документов, которые он заблаговременно скопировал в штабе соединения. Тревога за жизнь и здоровье его близких небеспочвенна. Также военнослужащий подтвердил факты сокрытия потерь командованием ВСУ, когда по указанию его командира бригады трупы погибших на передовой в течение суток вывозились за пределы зоны ООС и оставлялись в заброшенных зданиях, предприятиях и лесопосадках. А в суточных приказах по личному составу (в лучшем случае) погибших вносили в списки убывших в очередной отпуск с последующей, после невозвращения из отпуска, подачей в список самовольно оставивших часть.
Кроме этого, у него есть доказательства пыток, применяемых его командирами к плененным военнослужащим нашей Республики, а также подозреваемым в сепаратизме жителей, задержанных в зоне ответственности соединения.
После проведения проверки и выявления непричастности этого военнослужащего к военным преступлениям против жителей Донбасса его освободят из-под стражи и он сможет при желании покинуть территорию нашей Республики», — рассказал Эдуард Басурин.
