Несмотря на то, что ранее от СММ ОБСЕ поступил запрос на содействие безопасной работе и доступу в населенные пункты Коминтерново и Саханку для общения с мирными гражданами, которые живут у линии соприкосновения, сегодня Александр Хуг самостоятельно изменил маршрут и пытался в сопровождении патрулей СММ ОБСЕ проехать в Новоазовск и Седово. Об этом сегодня, 3 августа, сообщил Председатель Народного Совета ДНР, постоянный полномочный представитель ДНР на переговорах Контактной группы в Минске Денис Пушилин.
«Вчера я лично встречался с Александром Хугом, мы обсуждали в том числе вопросы посещения юга Республики. Александр был предупрежден о сложной ситуации в этих районах. Известно, что эти два населенных пункта являются единственными курортными зонами у моря в Республике. Наплыв людей колоссальный. Возможности для проведения диверсий и других провокаций такие же.
Именно поэтому мы не можем гарантировать безопасность представителям Миссии в этих районах, так как не исключаем таких диверсий, которые могут привести к трагическим последствиям. В те районы, где безопасность с нашей стороны может быть гарантирована, СММ ОБСЕ всегда допускается.
В этой связи силами МВД ДНР на регулярной основе проводятся антидиверсионные мероприятия в этих населенных пунктах и их окрестностях. Поэтому Александру Хугу был предложен новый безопасный маршрут.
В то же время отмечу, что мы огорчены тем, что Александр Хуг передумал посещать находящиеся непосредственно у линии соприкосновения населенные пункты Коминтерново и Саханку и общаться с мирными жителями, которые регулярно страдают от обстрелов со стороны ВСУ», — отметил Денис Пушилин.
Despite the fact that earlier the OSCE SMM requested to helpensure safe work and access to Kominternovo and Sakhanku to communicate with civilians who live near the contact line, today Alexander Hug changed the route on his own and tried to get to Novoazovsk and Sedovo being escorted by OSCE SMM patrols. This was announced today byDenis Pushilin, the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, and PermanentPlenipotentiary Representativefor the Contact Group’s negotiations in Minsk.
“Yesterday I had a personal meeting with Alexander Hug, and we discussed, among other things, the issues of visiting the South of the Republic. Alexander was warnedof the difficult situation in those areas. It is known that these two localities are the only resort areas near the sea in the Republic. The influx of people is enormous. The possibilities for carrying out sabotage acts and other provocations are the same.
That is why we cannot guarantee security for the Mission’s representatives in those areas, since we do not rule out sabotage acts that may lead to tragic consequences. In those areas where security on our part can be guaranteed, the OSCE SMM is always allowed.
In this regard, the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs regularly conducts anti-diversionary activities in those localities and their outskirts. Therefore, Alexander Hugwas proposed a new safe route.
At the same time, I note that we are disappointed that Alexander Hug changed his mind to visit Kominternovo and Sakhanka, which are located directly at the contact line, to communicate with civilians, who regularly suffer from shelling committed by the AFU,” Denis Pushilin noted.
