Даниэль Макрис, президент общины греков итальянского города Мессина, в сопровождении депутата НС ДНР Клавдии Кульбацкой и главы района Николая Михайлова посетил Старобешевский район Республики для ознакомления с гуманитарной ситуацией в регионе. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, в ходе поездки гражданин Италии провел встречи с жителями села Раздольное и прифронтовой Стылы.

«Пятый год мы пытаемся донести до жителей Евросоюза правду о том, что происходит в Донбассе. Сегодня наш гость из Италии смог сам увидеть последствия преступных действий украинской армии против мирного населения Республики», — подчеркнула Клавдия Кульбацкая.

Она также выразила надежду на то, что подобные встречи будут способствовать установлению мира на земле Донбасса.

«Сегодня наш итальянский гость познакомился с жизнью и бытом греческих общин, проживающих в Старобешеском районе, их культурным наследием, посетил местные музеи, где смог ознакомиться с историей создания и развития поселений греков Приазовья. Также мы обсудили вопросы, связанные с образованием и решением гуманитарных задач греческой общины района», — поделился глава администрации Старобешевского района ДНР Николай Михайлов.

«Нам необходимо приложить все усилия для помощи администрации района в решении ею гуманитарных вопросов, а также в сохранении и развитии греческого языка и культуры греков Приазовья», — сказал Даниэль Макрис.

Далее он отметил, что в ближайшее время будут рассмотрены наиболее актуальные вопросы, по которым будет оказана необходимая помощь.

According to a correspondent of the DPR official site, during the trip, the Italian citizen met with the locals of the village of Razdolnoye and frontline Styla.

“Five years year have been trying to being the truth of what is happening in Donbass to EU citizens. Today, our guest from Italy was able to see firsthand the consequences of the criminal actions of the Ukrainian army against the civilian population of the Republic,” Klavdiya Kulbatskaya stressed.

She also expressed the hope that such meetings would facilitate the reestablishment of peace in the land of Donbass.

“Today our Italian guest got acquainted with the life and everyday routine of the Greek communities living in Starobeshesky district, their cultural heritage, visited local museums, where he was able to get acquainted with the history of the creation and development of the settlements of the Azov Greeks. We also discussed the issues related to the formation and solution of humanitarian tasks of the Greek community of the district,” Nikolai Mikhailov, the head of the administration of Starobeshevsky district of the DPR, shared the information.

“We need to make every effort to help the district administration solve their humanitarian problems, as well as preserve and develop the Greek language and culture of the Azov Greeks,” Daniel Macris said.

He further noted that in the near future the most topical issues would be considered, for which the necessary assistance would be rendered.
