Сегодня, 13 сентября, прошло второе заседание Совета Министров ДНР, в ходе которого было рассмотрено более 60 вопросов, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. Провел заседание врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин. Также в работе Совмина приняли участие и.о. заместителя Председателя Совета Министров Алексей Ананченко, Владимир Антонов и Екатерина Матющенко, руководители министерств и ведомств Республики, депутаты Народного Совета ДНР.
«Первые заседания Совета Министров проходят в авральном режиме. Не все вопросы находят единогласное решение, но, тем не менее, большая часть вопросов была сегодня согласована Советом Министров. Стоит подробнее остановиться на вопросах социального характера. Сегодня было проголосовано решение о введении изменений на ввозную пошлину на мясо курицы – она снижена до 10 %. Далее мы планируем внести изменения, которые позволят снизить стоимость мяса курицы в магазинах, так как это социально значимый продукт.
Также было принято решение о своеобразной амнистии по сельскохозяйственному направлению. По тем землям, которые не прошли до конца регистрацию, и по предыдущему решению было решено изымать данный урожай. Мы отменили это. Мы нашли оптимальное на данный момент решение – в дальнейшем планируем вывести землю из тени путем введения единого налога с гектара. Этот вопрос сейчас прорабатывается. Считаем, что на данном этапе это правильное направление.
Сегодня были приняты решения, которые упростят работу наших аграриев. В целом это скажется на ценах в наших магазинах», — отметил врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин.

“First sessions of the Council of Ministers are held in emergency mode. Not all issues find a unanimous decision, but, nevertheless, most of the issues were agreed on today by the Council of Ministers. It is worth dwelling on social issues. Today, a decision was made to introduce changes to the import duty on chicken meat, it has been reduced to 10%. Next, we plan to make changes that will reduce the cost of chicken meat in stores, since this is a socially significant product.
It was also decided to grant a kind of amnesty to the agricultural branch. According to the previous decision, it was decided to seize the crop from those lands that did not complete the registration. We have revoked this decision. We found an optimal solution at the moment – in the future we plan to bring the land out of the shadows by introducing a single tax per hectare. This issue is being worked out now. We reckon this was the right direction at this stage.
Today, decisions have been made that will simplify the work of our farmers. In general, this will affect the prices in our stores,” interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin noted.
