Врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин с рабочим визитом посетил Республиканскую детскую клиническую больницу. Об этом сообщает сегодня, 12 сентября, корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. В ходе визита он проинспектировал хирургическое гнойно-септическое ургентное отделение Республиканской детской клинической больницы, реконструированное в рамках Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса. В мероприятии также принял участие и.о. министра здравоохранения Александр Оприщенко.

«Донецкая Народная Республика, даже в режиме непрекращающихся боевых действий со стороны Украины, в режиме экономической блокады, продолжает развиваться. То, что сегодня у нас получается открывать новые отделения в медицинских учреждениях – это, безусловно, важно. В данном отделении прошла полная реконструкция. Дети смогут лечиться в более комфортных условиях, тем более в данном медицинском учреждении лечат детей не только с территории Донецкой Народной Республики, но и детей с территории Донбасса, временно подконтрольной Украине. Главный врач и персонал больницы принимали активное участие в ремонте отделения, за это им огромная благодарность», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

В свою очередь и.о. министра здравоохранения Александр Оприщенко рассказал, что ремонтные работы начались в июле текущего года и на данный момент полностью завершены. Он также сообщил, что в отделении лечатся дети с ургентной патологией внутренних органов.

«Реконструкция выполнялась в рамках Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса, стоил ремонт 2,2 млн российских рублей. Отделение полностью обновлено, сделан капитальный ремонт: заменены тепло- и электросети, водопровод. Произведен ремонт операционной, обновлена вся мебель и оборудование. Введены в строй кабинет физиофункционального лечения и манипуляционный. Соответственно, введение в эксплуатацию данного отделения расширит его возможности в несколько раз», — отметил Александр Оприщенко.

Кроме того, руководитель ведомства рассказал, что на данный момент ведется капитальный ремонт во втором торакальном отделении ДоКТМО.

«В следующем году мы планируем вернуть программу, которая действовала до войны – это программа по искусственному оплодотворению», — подчеркнул Александр Оприщенко.

“The Donetsk People’s Republic, even against the backdrop of unceasing hostilities from Ukraine, against the backdrop of economic blockade, has continued developing. The fact that we are now able to open up new departments at medical institutions is important, of course. This department has had a complete reconstruction. It will be possible to treat children in more comfortable conditions; moreover, at this medical institution they treat children coming not only from the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, but also children from the territory of Donbass temporarily controlled by Ukraine. The head physician and the hospital staff took an active part in the repair of the department, for which we are very grateful to them,” Denis Pushilin emphasized.

In turn, acting Minister of Health Alexander Oprishchenko said that the repair work began in July this year and has been fully completed at present. He also said that the department treats children with urgent pathology of internal organs.

“The reconstruction was implemented within the framework of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the Donbass People, the repair costed 2.2 million RUB. The department has been completely renovated, major repairs have been made: heat and electricity networks and water supply have been replaced. The surgery room has been repaired, all furniture and equipment have been renovated. The physio-functional treatment room and procedure room have been put into operation. Accordingly, placement into service of this department will expand its capabilities manifold,” Alexander Oprishchenko noted.

In addition, the Ministry’s chief said that at the moment, major repairs were being carried out in the second thoracic department of Donetsk Clinical Local Medical Association.

“Next year we are going to return the program that operated before the war – it’s a program of medically assisted procreation,” Alexander Oprishchenko stressed.
