Сегодня, 14 сентября, согласно повестке пленарного заседания, Народным Советом Донецкой Народной Республики было принято постановление о досрочном прекращении полномочий депутата Народного Совета Донецкой Народной Республики I созыва от фракции «Донецкая Республика» Дениса Пушилина на основании его письменного заявления о сложении депутатских полномочий.
Как сообщает пресс-служба НС ДНР, настоящее постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
Отметим, согласно ч. 1 ст. 59 Регламента Народного Совета, заместитель Председателя Народного Совета Донецкой Народной Республики замещает Председателя Народного Совета Донецкой Народной Республики в случае его отсутствия или временной невозможности исполнения им своих обязанностей. Напомним, 7 сентября Народный Совет принял постановление о назначении Дениса Пушилина временно исполняющим обязанности Главы ДНР, в тот же день он осуществил ряд кадровых изменений в Совете Министров.
Первое заседание правительства в новом составе состоялось под председательством Дениса Пушилина 8 сентября. Врио Главы ДНР поставил перед руководителями министерств задачу — уделить повышенное внимание решению проблемных вопросов, касающихся социально-экономического развития Республики. В числе приоритетных задач – совершенствование бюджетного процесса, устранение препятствий для эффективной работы агропромышленного комплекса, оптимизация функционирования транспортной системы Республики, устранение таможенных барьеров, развитие торгово-экономического сотрудничества и производственной кооперации с ЛНР, а также решение вопросов, связанных с государственной безопасностью и сферой образования.
Today, on September 14th, according to the agenda of the plenary session, the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic has adopted a resolution on the early termination of the powers of Denis Pushilin as deputy of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic of the First convocation of the Donetsk Republic faction, given his written statement on the resignation as deputy.
According to the press service of the DPR People’s Council, this decision comes into force since the day of its adoption.
Note, according to p. 1 art. 59 of the Regulations of the People’s Council, the Deputy Chairman of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic stands in for the Chairman of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the event of his absence or temporary inability to perform his duties. Recall, on September 7th, the People’s Council passed a resolution appointing Denis Pushilin interim Head of the DPR, on the same day he carried out a number of personnel changes at the Council of Ministers.
The first session of the government with the new composition was held under the chairmanship of Denis Pushilin on September 8th. According to the press service of the Council of Ministers, the interim Head of the DPR instructed the heads of the ministries to pay special attention to solving problematic issues related to the social and economic development of the Republic. Priority tasks involve improving the budget process, removing obstacles to the effective operation of the agro-industrial sector, optimizing the functioning of the transport system of the Republic, eliminating customs barriers, developing trade and economic cooperation and production cooperation with the LPR and solving issues related to state security and education.
