Сегодня, 14 сентября, в Кировском прошло торжественное мероприятие, посвященное 60-летию со Дня основания города. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, в торжественном собрании приняли участие врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин, и. о. министра культуры ДНР Михаил Желтяков, и.о. руководителя администрации города Кировское Сергей Ермаков, руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «Донецкая Республика» Наталья Волкова, жители и гости города.

«Добрый день, жители и гости Кировского! Сердечно поздравляю вас с Днем рождения города. Безусловно, ваш город славен тем, что здесь живут сильные и смелые люди, вы верны своим традициям. Донецкая Народная Республика будет и дальше идти вперед, развиваться и, конечно же, строить государство, которым будут гордиться наши потомки. Желаю вам силы, уверенности и веры в нашу молодую Республику. С праздником! С Днем рождения, Кировское!» — поздравил собравшихся Денис Пушилин.

Как дань уважения и в благодарность за заслуги перед Донецкой Народной Республикой все присутствующие почтили минутой молчания память трагически погибшего Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко.

Руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «ДР» поблагодарила жителей Кировского за их гражданскую позицию. «Вы можете гордиться своими успехами и достижениями. Вы выстояли в самое сложное для города время. Каждый житель Кировского трудится на его благо и развитие. Мы благодарны вам за активную жизненную позицию и вклад в развитие общественного движения «Донецкая Республика». Желаю вам достичь всех поставленных целей и задач. И, конечно же, мирного неба над головой», — сказала Наталья Волкова.

За активную жизненную позицию и вклад в развитие общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» грамотами ОД «ДР» были награждены отличившиеся жители Кировского.

Также с Днем основания города поздравил собравшихся и.о. министра культуры ДНР Михаил Желтяков, пожелав жителям удачи, здоровья, мира.

За добросовестный труд и высокий профессионализм коллектив библиотеки города Кировское был награжден грамотой Министерства культуры ДНР.

Завершилось торжественное мероприятие праздничным концертом.

A working meeting of interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin with chief of the Kirovskoye administration Sergei Ermakov was held today, on September 14th, according to a correspondent of the DPR official website.

The meeting was devoted to the problematic social issues that exist in the town.

“Kirovskoye has repeatedly been shelled by the AFU. Now I want to realize the problematic issues of the town. Of course, we are also interested in preparing the town for the heating season. I understand there are difficulties with the delivery of the necessary materials, but I would like to know how you prioritize. In addition, I would like to know what difficulties you have with facilities of public healthcare, education and other institutions of social sphere. People expect concrete solutions from us. We need to continue the course of recovery and, if possible, speed it up,” Denis Pushilin adressed Sergei Ermakov.

Acting head of the town administration thanked the interim Head of the DPR for the fact that the leadership of the Republic draws attention to the acute issues that exist in Kirovskoye.

According to Sergei Ermakov, at this stage the process of restoring the housing stock damaged by the AFU in the town has been suspended.

“We have not got enough materials to prepare for the autumn and winter period. There is a lack of equipment of water supply. In addition, there are problems with the public utilities enterprise engaged in the export of solid waste. It works according to the old rates fuel, that is, the enterprise will not survive without state support. There is a necessity to support the enterprise and help it with the supply of fuel. There is also a problem with the loader,” Sergei Ermakov noted.

In addition, he said that in the only town hospital, it is necessary to replace windows broken by shelling.

Moreover, during the conversation, acting head of the Kirovskoye administration Sergei Ermakov appealed to interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin with the request to help provide necessary equipment to social institutions of the town. Thus, educational institutions have not got enough furniture.

Denis Pushilin stressed that the rates of utilities in the Republic would not be raised, so they would look for solutions to the problem with the enterprise removing solid waste.

“As I understand, the company lacks about 2000 liters for normal operation. I think we can solve the problem with diesel fuel. Get the documents and grounding ready,” Denis Pushilin noted.

Besides, the interim Head of the Republic said that the problem with the hospital’s windows would be solved in an accelerated mode, as the cold season approaches.

Note that in the town of Kirovskoye there are 7 kindergartens, 3 general schools and 1 night evening school. The population of the town is about 27 thousand people.
