Как сообщает сегодня, 19 сентября, пресс-служба МИД ДНР, недавнее заявление американского куратора Украины Курта Волкера, который назвал позором отношение киевских властей к пенсионерам, живущим на территории военного конфликта, не изменили позицию украинской стороны.
«Также, как и ООН, мы ожидаем, что киевские власти не будут затягивать выполнение решения Верховного суда Украины, признавшего незаконным прекращение выплаты пенсий жителям неподконтрольных Киеву территорий Донбасса. Надеемся, что международные организации будут держать этот вопрос на особом контроле.
Несмотря на предложение и готовность МККК всячески способствовать разрешению этой проблемы, создание международного механизма по осуществлению социальных выплат жителям Республик все также блокируется украинской стороной.
Напомним, что представители ООН не в первый раз призывают Киев устранить препятствия к получению пенсий всеми гражданами, независимо от статуса ВПЛ, и называют установленный порядок получения пенсий на Украине дискриминационным, тем самым поддерживая позицию Республик.
Представители Киева все еще не могут озвучить свою позицию по вопросу проведения независимого аудита КП «Вода Донбасса». Кроме того, снова был поднят вопрос необходимости компенсации Украиной нанесенного ущерба инфраструктуре в результате ведения боевых действий ВСУ на нашей территории.
Без существенных подвижек остается вопрос восстановления полноценной работы мобильного оператора Vodafone – обновленная заявка на восстановление поврежденной 11 января 2018 года ВОЛС все еще не поступила в СЦКК. В этой связи координатор группы Пэр Фишер пообещал лично поспособствовать скорейшей передаче заявки и ее согласованию в СЦКК сторон. Представители Республики снова подняли вопрос совместной проработки механизма погашения задолженности компании Vodafone за электроэнергию, однако украинская сторона по-прежнему уклоняется от финансовых обязательств. Между тем, пока украинская сторона всеми способами затягивает решение этого вопроса, ежемесячно около 3 миллионов рублей ложатся финансовым бременем на республиканские субъекты хозяйствования рынка энергопоставок для компенсации затрат на функционирование украинского оператора», — сообщили в пресс-службе МИД ДНР.
