Сегодня, 19 сентября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин встретился с руководством и коллективом предприятия «Макеевкокс» ЗАО «Внешторгсервис», перешедшего под внешнее управление, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

На встрече также присутствовали и.о.главы администрации Макеевки Валерий Ляховец, руководство предприятия «Макеевкокс».

«Рад присутствовать на этой встрече, так как сам являюсь уроженцем Макеевки. Ситуация в Республике оценивается с положительной динамикой, но, тем не менее, остается много проблем, которые мы в состоянии решить совместными усилиями при четком взаимодействии между органами законодательной и исполнительной власти. Сегодня благодаря вашим вопросам мы сможем понять, как это должно работать на постоянной основе», — обратился Денис Пушилин к коллективу предприятия.

Первый вопрос, поступивший врио Главы ДНР, касался возможности обучения рабочим специальностям на предприятии.

«Мы рассмотрим этот вопрос как экстренную меру, и работа в краткосрочной перспективе — это внесение изменений в закон о лицензировании. Здесь необходимо проводить это обучение. Рассчитываю, что этот вопрос решится в течение месяца.

Я расцениваю возможность обучения на предприятии как экстренную меру на данный момент. Если рассматривать долгосрочную перспективу, то Министерству образования необходимо уделить внимание расширению рабочих специальностей «, — отметил Денис Пушилин.

Также сотрудников предприятия интересовал вопрос оздоровления детей в Российской Федерации и Донецкой Народной Республике.

«В этом году из-за Чемпионата мира по футболу возникли трудности в оздоровлении наших детей в Российской Федерации. В следующем году, думаю, ситуация изменится.

Единственный морской курорт для жителей ДНР и ЛНР — Седово. Это уже долгосрочный вопрос. В скором будущем мы должны увидеть уже другое Седово», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

Кроме того, коллектив «Макеевкокса» интересовал вопрос признания наших дипломов в Российской Федерации.

«Наши дипломы признаются в Российской Федерации. Также есть возможность получить российский диплом обучающимся в вузах Республики», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Не обошлось без политических вопросов, так как Денис Пушилин долгое время являлся полномочным представителем ДНР на переговорах в Минске.

«На переговорах в Минске ситуация сейчас меняться не будет. Но, тем не менее, нам нужна сейчас международная площадка, где нас, вопреки желаниям Украины и Запада, услышат. Где мы отстаиваем свои интересы. Но это не говорит о том, что Украина готова или будет что-то делать, чтобы выполнить взятые на себя обязательства. Я не вижу переспектив в обозримом будущем, что ситуация будет меняться. Украина будет продолжать затягивать выполнение Минских соглашений.

Мы видим на протяжении всего этого времени, что для Украины становится привычным делом делать шаги в ущерб своим гражданам, своей государственности», — отметил врио Главы ДНР.

Денис Пушилин отметил, что Республике сейчас необходимо сконцентрироваться на развитии экономики, повышении уровня жизни граждан, направить все усилия на развитие внешних рынков.

Подводя итоги встречи, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин отметил, что такие встречи в первую очередь необходимы для руководства страны.

«С руководством предприятия мы обсудили ряд технических вопросов. Пришли к полному взаимопониманию. Есть намерения повышать уровень социального обеспечения наших граждан.

Для нас важно сохранить тесную связь между руководством и нашими гражданами.
Такие встречи позволяют не отрываться власти от народа. Мы должны понимать актуальные проблемы, которые проявляются в таких доверительных встречах», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

Acting head of Makeyevka administration Valery Lyakhovets and the management of the Makeyevkoks enterprise also attended the meeting.

“I am glad to be at this meeting, as I am a native of Makeyevka as well. The situation in the Republic is considered to have a positive trend, but, nevertheless, there are still many problems that we can solve jointly, with a clear cooperation between the legislative and executive bodies. Today, thanks to your questions, we will be able to realize how this should work on an ongoing basis,” Denis Pushilin addressed the staff of the enterprise.

The first question asked to the interim Head of the DPR concerned the possibility to teach workers at the enterprise.

“We will consider this issue as an emergency measure, and our job in a short term is to amend the law on licensing. It is necessary to conduct this teaching here. I hope this issue will be resolved within a month.

I regard the possibility of teaching at the enterprise as an emergency measure at the moment. If we consider a long-term perspective, then the Ministry of Education needs to pay attention to the expansion of working specialties,” Denis Pushilin noted.

In addition, the employees of the enterprise were interested in the issue of children’s health improvement in the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People’s Republic.

“This year, because of the FIFA World Cup, there were difficulties with improving our children’s health in the Russian Federation. Next year, I reckon, the situation will change.

The only seaside resort for DPR and LPR residents is Sedovo. This has already been a long-term issue. In the near future we are supposed to see another “Sedovo”,” Denis Pushilin noted.

In addition, the Makeyevkoks staff was interested in the issue of recognizing our diplomas in the Russian Federation.

“Our diplomas are recognized in the Russian Federation. Moreover, it’s possible for students of higher educational institutions of the Republic to get a Russian diploma,” Denis Pushilin said.

There were political questions asked, as Denis Pushilin used to be a DPR plenipotentiary representative for a long time at the talks in Minsk.

“At the talks in Minsk, the situation will not change now. But, nevertheless, we need an international venue now, where, contrary to the desires of Ukraine and the West, we will be heard. Where we defend our interests. But this does not mean that Ukraine is ready or will do something to fulfill its obligations. I do not see any prospects in the foreseeable future that the situation will change. Ukraine will continue delaying the implementation of the Minsk agreements.

Throughout all this time we have seen that it is getting regular for Ukraine to take steps to the prejudice of their citizens and statehood,” the interim Head of the DPR noted.

Denis Pushilin highlights that the Republic now needs to focus on developing the economy, raising the standard of living of citizens, and directing all efforts to develop foreign markets.

Summarizing the meeting, interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin noted that such meetings were necessary primarily for the country’s leadership.

“We discussed a number of technical issues with the management of the enterprise. Have come to full mutual understanding. There are intentions to raise the level of social security for our citizens.

It is important for us to maintain a close relationship between the leadership and our citizens.
Such meetings allow the government to get along with the people. We need to understand the actual problems manifesting during such trust-based meetings,” Denis Pushilin emphasized.
