19 сентября очередное заседание в Минске началось с выступления координатора гуманитарной подгруппы Тони Фриша. Посол ОБСЕ поблагодарил представителей Республики за организацию конфиденциальных встреч с удерживаемыми лицами, находящимися в пенитенциарных учреждениях. Также он рассказал о своем визите на Украину, где посетил Харьков, Бахмут и Старобельск. Об этом рассказала омбудсмен Дарья Морозова.
«Хочу отметить, что официальные представители Киева на заседании не присутствовали. Мы расцениваем это как саботаж выполнения Минских соглашений украинской стороной. Из-за отсутствия официальных уполномоченных представителей мы не смогли в полной мере обсудить ни один из вопросов, заявленных в повестке дня. Отсутствует понимание, в каком направлении двигаться дальше», — подчеркнула Дарья Морозова.
On September 19th, the recent meeting in Minsk began with a speech by coordinator of the humanitarian subgroup Tony Frisch. The OSCE Ambassador thanked the representatives of the Republic for organizing confidential meetings with the persons detained in the penitentiary institutions. He also told about his visit to Ukraine, where he was in Kharkov, Bakhmut and Starobelsk. Ombudsperson Darya Morozova told this.
“I want to note that no official representatives of Kiev were present at the meeting. We regard this as the Ukrainian party’s sabotage of implementation of the Minsk agreements. Due to the absence of the authorized representatives, we could not fully discuss any of the issues on the agenda. There is no understanding in which area to move on,” Darya Morozova stressed.
