На прошедшем на этой неделе очередном заседании Контактной группы в Минске существенных положительных сдвигов в переговорном процессе не произошло. Об этом 22 сентября в Донецке заявила полномочный представитель Донецкой Народной Республики на переговорах Трехсторонней контактной группы в Минске, и.о. министра иностранных дел ДНР Наталья Никонорова.
«Хвастаться особыми результатами пока не предоставляется возможным, но, тем не менее, есть положительные моменты. В частности, это поездка господина Фриша в Донбасс и его посещение задержанных здесь и в Луганской Народной Республике. Очень положительные отзывы об этой поездке. Также наша деятельность по разминированию вызвала положительную реакцию.
Хочу отметить, что в ближайшее время в вопросе выплат пенсий ожидаем каких-то сдвигов. Потому что в нашей работе тоже на украинскую сторону оказывается большое давление в части выплаты пенсий. Мы заострили внимание на решении Верховного суда Украины, которое является образцовым по одному из граждан Украины. То есть, все остальные решения судов должны основываться на нормах именно этого решения. Механизм выплаты пенсий был предложен, и мы надеемся, что в ближайшее время будут какие-то сдвиги», — рассказала она.
При этом Наталья Никонорова отметила, что, к сожалению, работа группы по гуманитарным вопросам не состоялась из-за того, что отсутствовали представители Украины. Были только эксперты, которые обладают усеченным мандатом — не вправе принимать какие-либо решения, просто выражают определенные мнения», — сказала она.

“Bragging ofspecial results is not yet possible, but, nevertheless, there are positive moments. In particular, it is a trip of Mr. Frisch to Donbass and his visit to the detainees here and in the Lugansk People’s Republic. Very positive feedback about this trip. In addition, our demining activities have triggered a positive reaction.
I want to note that in the near future we are expecting some progress in the issue of pension payments. Because in our work too on the Ukrainian side there is a lot of pressure regarding the payment of pensions. We focused on the decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, which is exemplary for one of the citizens of Ukraine. That is, all other decisions of the courts should be based on the regulations of this decision. The mechanism of pensionpayments has been proposed, and we hope that in the near future there will be some changes,” she told.
At the same time, Natalia Nikonorova noted that, unfortunately, the work of the humanitarian group had not taken place due to the fact thatthe representatives of Ukraine did not attend it. There were only experts who have a limited mandate — they do not have the right to make any decisions, they just express certain opinions,” she said.
