В столице Республики 26 сентября состоялся круглый стол по вопросам временно перемещенных лиц, инициированный Временной комиссией Народного Совета по контролю и координации деятельности в районах, наиболее пострадавших от вооруженной агрессии со стороны Украины. Об этом сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
О проблемах, вынесенных на повестку заседания, рассказала депутат, председатель комиссии Екатерина Мартьянова
«На повестке дня несколько вопросов, но хотелось бы остановиться на самом важном – проблемах граждан, пострадавших или понесших материальный ущерб в ходе боевых действий, а также людей, которые преследуются иностранными государствами за поддержку Республики. Ранее мы с ними встретились, поговорили, выслушали предложения и посмотрели, в каких условиях они проживают. И как представители власти мы должны приложить максимум усилий для того, чтобы им помочь», — подчеркнула она.
Также проблемным, по словам Мартьяновой, является вопрос оплаты услуг ЖКХ гражданами, дома которых были частично разрушены в ходе боевых действий. «В осенне-зимний период им приходится потреблять больше тепла. В связи с тем, что тепловой контур домов нарушен, люди платят по завышенным тарифам. И сегодня мы будем обращаться в Республиканскую службу по тарифам для рассмотрения этого вопроса», — отметила депутат.
По итогам заседания о дальнейших действиях комиссии рассказала Уполномоченный по правам человека в ДНР Дарья Морозова.
«Я считаю, что комиссия должна проводить свою работу и дальше, вырабатывать действенные решения. Самое главное, что депутаты услышали требования временных переселенцев. Это целый список, в том числе закрепление на законодательном уровне статуса временных переселенцев. Это всё будет разрабатываться, и я думаю, что в ближайшее время решение будет найдено», — подытожила омбудсмен.
Отметим, что на сегодня в социальных объектах Республики (пункты временного размещения и пункты долгосрочного проживания) зарегистрированы более 2600 человек, в том числе порядка 500 детей.
On September 26th, in the capital of the Republic,there was a roundtable meeting on the issues of temporarily displaced persons, initiated by the Provisional Commission of the People’s Council forcontrol and coordination of activities in the areas most affected by the armed aggression of Ukraine. Deputy of the parliament, chairperson of the commission Ekaterina Martyanova told about the problems put on the agenda of the meeting.
“There are several issues on the agenda, but I would like to dwell on the most important issue — the problems of citizens who have been affected or suffered material damage because of hostilities, as well as people who are persecuted by foreign states for their support of the Republic. Earlier we met with them, talked, listened to the proposals and looked at the conditions in which they live. And as representatives of the authorities, we must do our best to help them,” she stressed.
According to Martyanova, the issue of citizens paying for utility bills whose homes were partially destroyed during the fighting also remain problematic. “In the autumn and winter period they have to consume more heat. Due to the fact that the thermal envelope of houses is broken, people pay at inflated rates. And today we will turn to the RepublicRates Service to consider this issue,” the deputy noted.
Following on from the results of the meeting, DPR Commissioner for Human Rights Darya Morozova told about further actions of the commission.
“I believe that the commission should continue its work and develop effective solutions. Most importantly, the deputies have listened to the demands of temporary settlers. This is a whole list, including the consolidation of the status of temporary settler at the legislative level. This all will be worked out, and I think that in the near future a solution will be found,” the Ombudsperson summed up.
It should be noted that today over 2600 people have been registered at social facilities of the Republic (temporary accommodation points and long-term residence points), including about 500 children.
