Сегодня, 27 сентября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин с рабочим визитом посетил Харцызский сталепроволочный канатный завод «Силур», сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

И.о. министра промышленности и торговли Сергей Ильин и директор завода Сергей Артемов ознакомили врио Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина с работой завода.

ГП «Силур» специализируется на производстве стальных канатов и проволоки, стабилизированных арматурных канатов, металлической сетки, фибры и других метизов. Продукция «Силура» по-прежнему востребована, так как без нее не работает практически ни одно промышленное предприятие. Продукция завода поставляется в Луганскую Народную Республику и Российскую Федерацию, также на предприятия Донецкой Народной Республики.

С момента запуска производства завод стабильно наращивает объемы производства и реализации продукции. Месячное производство при запуске составляло 480 т/месяц, а в феврале–марте 2018 года предприятие почти в пять раз увеличило объем производства и вышло на максимальный уровень – порядка 2300 т продукции в месяц.

На государственном предприятии в течение года были восстановлены все рабочие места: численность работающих составляет порядка 1100 человек.

После ознакомления с работой предприятия Денис Пушилин пообщался с работниками и руководством завода, которые озвучили существующие проблемы.

«Ваш завод — это пример того, как должны развиваться предприятия, на которых было введено внешнее управление.

Хотелось бы сегодня услышать от вас, какие есть проблемы на предприятии и в городе», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Первая озвученная проблема работниками предприятия касалась существующих на заводе сбоев с поставкой сырья — высокоуглеродной катанки.

«С этой проблемой меня уже ознакомил ваш руководитель. В кратчайшие сроки я постараюсь выяснить и найти пути решения этого вопроса. Завод не должен простаивать.

Мы должны разобраться, на каком этапе происходит сбой в поставках сырья», — отметил врио Главы ДНР.

Также сотрудников предприятия интересовал вопрос будет ли в Республике повышаться пенсионный возраст.

«На данном этапе этот вопрос даже не будет обсуждаться», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Так же, как и на встречах с другими трудовыми коллективами, вопросы касались ремонта дорог, экономического развития Республики.

Since the start of production, the plant has been steadily increasing the volume of output and sales of products. Monthly production initially was 480 tons per month; in February and March 2018 the enterprise almost five times increased its production volume and reached the maximum level of about 2300 tons of product per month.

At the state enterprise, during the year all the workplaces have been restored: the number of employees is about 1100 people.

Having familiarized himself with the work of the enterprise, Denis Pushilin talked with the workers and the plant’s management who voiced the existing problems.

“Your plant is an example of how enterprises, where the external administration is introduced, should develop.

I would like to hear from you today what problems exists at the enterprise and in the town,” Denis Pushilin said.

The first problem voiced by the workers of the enterprise concerned the existing failures with supply of raw materials to the plant — high-carbon wire rod.

“Your manager has already told me of this problem. In the shortest possible time, I will try to sort it out and find solutions to this problem. The plant should not stand idle.

We have to figure out at which stage the supply of raw materials fails,” the interim Head of the DPR noted.

In addition, the employees of the enterprise wondered whether the retirement age would increase in the Republic.

“At this stage, this issue is totally out of question,” Denis Pushilin said.

Like at meetings with other labor collectives, the questions concerned road repair, economic development of the Republic.
