Сегодня, 28 сентября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин принял участие в заседании круглого стола на тему «Перспективы и пути развития среднего и высшего профессионального образования в Донецкой Народной Республике». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, мероприятие проходило на базе Донецкой академии управления и государственной службы при Главе ДНР.

Также в мероприятии приняли участие и.о. министр образования и науки ДНР Евгений Горохов, и.о. министра строительства и ЖКХ Сергей Наумец, руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «Донецкая Республика» Наталья Волкова, руководитель ОО «Молодая Республика» Никита Киосев, представители вузов Республики.

«Сегодня у нас есть отличная возможность рассмотреть достижения и проанализировать успехи, которые достигнуты в системе образования Республики», — отметила модератор круглого стола Наталья Волкова.

«Сегодня на повестке заседания важные вопросы, которые касаются развития системы образования Республики. Я прекрасно понимаю, что для студентов важно учиться и быть уверенными в трудоустройстве.
Также важно, чтобы ваша специальность была востребована. А для этого необходимо планирование или переход к системе госзаказа.

Это необходимо, чтобы в Республике не было кадрового голода в тех или иных специальностях, а в других направлениях не наблюдалось избытка специалистов.
У нас сейчас нехватка технических специалистов на предприятиях, а избыток экономистов и юристов.

На вас, повторюсь, лежит ответственность — какое государство будет строиться дальше», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

И.о. министра образования и науки Евгений Горохов выступил с докладом «О достижениях и проблемах системы образования Донецкой Народной Республики, а также путях их решения».
Докладчик в своем выступлении отметил, что на данном этапе успешно идет интеграция системы образования Республики с Российской Федерацией. Также Евгений Горохов предложил создать в каждом вузе отдел по трудоустройству студентов. По его словам, это облегчит студентам поиск работы.

«В Республике обучаются сейчас 55 тысяч студентов, из них 42 % — экономисты и юристы. Это ненормально, так как в других направлениях возникает кадровый голод. Предлагаю для студентов ввести дополнительный курс профориентации», — сказал Евгений Горохов.

И.о. министра строительства и ЖКХ Сергей Наумец выступил с докладом «О направлениях и результатах работы Министерства строительства и ЖКХ по обеспечению трудоустройства выпускников высших и средних образовательных учреждений».
Как отметил докладчик, сейчас в Республике острая потребность в специалистах рабочих специальностей.

«Такая ситуация сложилась из-за низкой заработной платы у рабочих специалистов. Сейчас этот вопрос решается совместно с врио Главы ДНР Денисом Пушилиным. Уже было принято решение поднять зарплату строителям с 7000 до 12600 рублей», — отметил Сергей Наумец.

Докладчик от Министерства агропромышленной политики и продовольствия рассказал о перспективах обучающихся по направлениям, которые востребованы в ведомстве.

Также с докладом на тему «О направлениях и результатах работы Министерства промышленности и торговли по обеспечению трудоустройства выпускников высших и средних образовательных учреждений» выступил представитель Минпромторга.

Руководитель ОО «МР» Никита Киосев рассказал о роли молодежных общественных организаций в обеспечении трудоустройства выпускников высших и средних образовательных учреждений.

После выступления докладчиков участники круглого стола смогли задать выступавшим интересующие их вопросы.

Подводя итоги заседания круглого стола, Наталья Волкова подчеркнула, что сейчас самое главное — продолжить развивать Донецкую Народную Республику.

«Сегодня врио Главы ДНР и руководители ведомств дали студентам исчерпывающие ответы на их вопросы. Теперь они понимают, какая их ждет перспектива в будущем. Считаю, что такой прямой диалог с молодежью очень важен. Это придает им уверенности в своем будущем», — подчеркнула Наталья Волкова.

“Today we have an excellent opportunity to review achievements and analyze successes that have been achieved in the education system of the Republic,” noted Natalia Volkova, moderator of the round table.

“Today the agenda of the meeting involves important issues that concern the development of education system of the Republic. I understand perfectly well that it’s important for students to study and be confident in finding a job.
It is also important that your professionbe in demand. And for this, we need either planning or transition to a state sponsorship system.

It is necessary that the Republic does not lack personnel resourcesfor these or those specialties. And in other areas there is no excess of specialists.
We now lacktechnical specialists atenterprises, and there is anexcess of economists and lawyers.

I repeat, it is your responsibility – what kind of state will be built further,” Denis Pushilin said.

Acting Minister of Education and Science Yevgeny Gorokhov made a report On Achievements and Problems of the educational system of the Donetsk People’s Republic andWays to Address Them.
The speaker noted that at this stage the integration of the education system of the Republic with the Russian Federation is proceeding successfully. Also, Yevgeny Gorokhov proposed to establish an employment departmentat each higher educational institution. According to him, this will make it easier for students to find a job.

“Now 55 thousand students study in the Republic, 42% of them are economists and lawyers. This is not normal, as other areas lack personnel recourses. I propose to introduce an additional course of career guidance for students,” Yevgeny Gorokhov said.

Acting Minister of Construction Industry and Public Utilities Sergey Naumets made a report On Areas and Results of Work of the Ministry of Construction Industry and Public Utilities to Ensure Employment of Graduates of Higher and Secondary Educational Institutions.
The speaker notes in the Republic there is an urgent demand for specialists qualified for the industrial workforce.

“This situation is due to low wages of industrial specialists. Now this issue is being solved jointly with interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin. It has already been decided to raise the wages of builders from 7,000 to 12,600 rubles,” Sergey Naumets noted.

The speaker from the Ministry of Agro-Industrial Policy and Food spoke about the prospects of students in the areas that are in demand at the ministry.

An official of the Ministry of Industry and Trade also made a report on the topic of Areas and Results of Work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Ensure Employment of Graduates of Higher and Secondary Educational institutions.

Head of the Young Republic organization Nikita Kiosev spoke about the role of youth public organizations in providing employment for graduates of higher and secondary educational institutions.

After the speakers provided their reports, the participants of the round table could ask them questions they were interested in.

Summing up the results of the roundtable meeting, Natalia Volkova stressed that now the most important thing is to continue developing the Donetsk People’s Republic.

“Today, the interim Head of the DPR and the chiefs of the ministries gave students exhaustive answers to their questions. Now they understand what future awaits them. I believe that such a frank dialogue with the youth is very important. This gives them confidence in their future,” Natalia Volkova stressed.
