Сегодня, 2 ноября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин посетил с рабочим визитом ООО «Донфрост». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, в мероприятии принял участие и.о. заместителя министра промышленности и торговли Сергей Ильин.

Врио Главы ДНР ознакомился с выпускаемой продукцией, а также посетил производственные цеха предприятия.

Как рассказал директор ООО «Донфрост» Константин Климов, основная номенклатура выпускаемой продукции – это холодильники однокамерные и двухкамерные, морозильники.

Напомним, что в 2018 году ООО «Донфрост» получило сертификат качества «Стандарт Донбасса». Выдаваемый документ соответствия призван выделить среди производимой в Республике продукции эталон качества.

После ознакомления с работой предприятия врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин встретился с коллективом ООО «Донфрост».

Директор ООО «Донфрост» Константин Климов отметил, что в этом году предприятию исполняется 55 лет. «Каждый год предприятие работает над новыми моделями, постоянно совершенствуясь. В 2018 году уже изготовлено 90 тысяч холодильников, к концу года планируем, что объем выпускаемой продукции составит 110 тысяч единиц», — отметил Константин Климов.

После рассказа директора о деятельности завода врио Главы ДНР обратился к коллективу предприятия. «Рад побывать на вашем заводе. Конечно, самый ценный ресурс — это люди, но также важным является стремление руководства развиваться, идти в ногу со временем. Первый раз нахожусь на вашем предприятии и испытываю гордость, что оно находится в Донецке. Более того, все больше убеждаюсь, что мы можем и будем развивать нашу экономику.

Несмотря на все сложности, которые у нас есть, сейчас пройдена точка безубыточности. Теперь государство должно работать и помогать предприятиям выходить на внешние рынки. И такая возможности у нас есть, а при наличии таких энтузиастов, которые есть у вас на предприятии, у нас все будет получаться. Более того, с вашего предприятия нужно брать пример.

Безусловно, предстоит усиленная работа, а со стороны государства самое главное — не мешать, а помогать развитию. Наши желания и усилия обязательно компенсируются. Поэтому проявляйте инициативу», — обратился Денис Пушилин к коллективу предприятия.

Затем работники предприятия смогли задать врио Главы ДНР интересующие их вопросы. В частности, первый вопрос касался проблем с питьевой водой и что делает руководство для ее решения.

«Наши коммунальные ресурсы еще со времен СССР. То есть вы понимаете, в каком состоянии сейчас находится инфраструктура, которая не ремонтировалась при Украине. Сейчас с трудом удается делать точечные ремонты, но это не решает всех проблем. Здесь нужна полная реорганизация, новый подход. По этому вопросу уже поставлены задачи профильным министерствам. Я не могу вам обещать, что через месяц или два все исправится, это целый комплекс мероприятий», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Также врио Главы ДНР рассказал, как будут выстраиваться отношения Республики с Российской Федерацией.

Отвечая на вопрос сотрудников о возможности государственного регулирования цен на товары первой необходимости, врио Главы ДНР подчеркнул, что необходимость контроля отпадет тогда, когда будет прозрачная конкуренция.

«В современных странах цены диктует рынок. Должна быть здоровая конкуренция. Никто не пойдет покупать, например, дорогое лекарство, если в соседней аптеке оно стоит дешевле. Пока социально значимые продукты будут регулироваться со стороны государства, но это переходный период», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

Кроме того, работники предприятия обратились к врио Главы ДНР с просьбой рассмотреть возможность организации зон отдыха на водоемах Республики, которые не являются частными, например на Донецком море.

«Необходимо провести полную инвентаризацию водоемов Республики. Сейчас я не готов ответить на этот вопрос. Я возьму его на контроль, передам в профильное ведомство, где мы детально его рассмотрим», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

After being acquainted with the work of the enterprise, interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin met up with the staff of Donfrost OOO.

Director of Donfrost OOO Konstantin Klimov notes that this year the enterprise turns 55 years. “Each year the company has been working on new models, constantly improving itself. In 2018, 90 thousand refrigerators have already been made, and by the end of the year the turnout is going to make 110 thousand items,” Konstantin Klimov said.

After the director told about the plant’s activities, the interim Head of the DPR addressed the enterprise’s staff. “I am glad to visit your factory. Of course, the most valuable resource is people, but the desire of the management to develop, to keep up with the times is also important. I have sited your enterprise for the first time and feel proud that it is located in Donetsk. Moreover, more and more I am convinced that we can and will develop our economy.

Despite all the difficulties that we have, the breakeven point has now been passed. Now the state should work and help the enterprises enter foreign markets. And we have such opportunities, and if there are such enthusiasts that you have at the enterprise, we will succeed in everything. Moreover, we should take your company for a model.

Of course, there is a lot of work to be done, and on the part of the state, the most important thing is not to hinder, but to facilitate the development. Our desires and efforts will be necessarily compensated for. Therefore, show your initiative,” Denis Pushilin said to the staff of the enterprise.

Then the workers of the enterprise were able to ask the interim Head of the DPR their questions. In particular, the first question concerned the problems with drinking water and what the leadership was doing to solve it.

“Our public utilities have been existing since the time of the USSR. That is, you realize the condition of the infrastructure, which has not been renovated in the time of Ukraine. Now we have a hard time doing selective repairs, but this does not solve all the problems. Here we need a complete reorganization, a new approach. Regarding this issue, the instructions have already been assigned to the relevant ministries. I cannot promise you that after a month or two everything will get better, because this is a whole range of activities,” Denis Pushilin said.

Besides, the interim Head of the DPR told about how the relationship of the Republic with the Russian Federation would be built.

Responding to a question from the employees about the possibility of state regulation of prices for essential commodity, the interim Head of the DPR stressed that the need for control would disappear when there was transparent competition.

“In modern countries, the market dictates the prices. There must be healthy competition. No one will buy, for instance, expensive medicine, if it is cheaper in a nearby pharmacy. So far, socially significant products will be regulated by the state, but this is a transition period,” Denis Pushilin noted.

Moreover, employees of the enterprise asked the interim Head of the DPR to consider the possibility of organizing recreation areas at reservoirs of the Republic that are not privately operated, for instance, at the Donetsk Sea.

“It is necessary to draw up a complete inventory of reservoirs of the Republic. Now I am not ready to answer this question yet. I will take charge of it, transfer it to a relevant institution, where we will review it in detail,” Denis Pushilin emphasized.
