В День народного единства в Калининском районе Донецка прошла торжественная церемония закладки парка имени первого Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко. Первые молодые деревья будущего парка высадили врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин, члены правительства, главы городов и районов Республики, активисты общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» и общественной организации «Молодая Республика», а также воспитанники Республиканского образовательного учреждения «Школа № 4 — Кадетский корпус». Об этом сегодня, 4 ноября, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

«Александр Захарченко прошел нелегкий путь вместе с народом Донбасса. Он был не просто Главой Республики, он возглавил исторический процесс, возглавил процесс перемен. И во многом Республика обязана его личности, силе духа. И на протяжении всего этого пути мы видели, сколь велико влияние личности в масштабах истории. Мы убеждались в этом.

С уверенностью могу сказать, что наша задача — добиться преемственности поколений. И те шаги, которые мы сегодня делаем по увековечиванию памяти первого Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко, важны для каждого из нас. И закладка парка имени первого Главы ДНР — очень значимое событие.

Я уверен, что появятся еще скверы и улицы, названные его именем. Это нужно для всех нас. Это нужно для того, чтобы потомки помнили и знали, что происходило, как проходило становление Донецкой Народной Республики. И этот парк станет символом нашего единства и сплочения. Это то, о чем говорил и мечтал Александр Захарченко, и то, что мы с вами сделаем!» — обратился к присутствующим врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин.

Место закладки парка было избрано не случайно. Еще 5 декабря 2017 года, во время встречи с первыми кадетами Республики, Александр Захарченко предложил продолжить традицию Донецка, как «города миллиона роз», утопающего в парках и зеленых насаждениях. Открытие парка при участии Александра Захарченко планировалось осенью текущего года. В итоге, сегодня донецкие кадеты взяли на себя обязательство стать хранителями этого парка и чтить память Героя ДНР Александра Захарченко (1976 — 2018).

Timed to coincide with Day of People’s Unity, in Kalininsky district of Donetsk, there was a solemn ceremony of founding a park named after first-ever Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko. The first young trees in the future park were planted by interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, members of the government, mayors and heads of districts of the Republic, activists of the Donetsk Republic public movement and the Young Republic public organization, as well as pupils of School 4 — Cadet Corps (Republic educational institution). A correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic reports this today, on November 4th.

“Alexander Zakharchenko went the hard way with the people of Donbass. He was not just the Head of the Republic, he headed the historical process, headed the process of change. And in many respects the Republic owes to his personality, spiritual strength. And throughout this journey we have seen how great the influence of a person on a history scale is. We have been convinced of this.

I can say with confidence that our task is to achieve continuity of generations. And the steps that we take today to perpetuate the memory of first-ever Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko are important for all of us. And the foundation of the park named after the first-ever Head of the DPR is a very significant event.

I am sure that there will be also public gardens and streets named after him. It is necessary for all of us. This is necessary so that descendants remember and know what was happening, how the formation of the Donetsk People’s Republic was going on. And this park will become a symbol of our unity and cohesion. This is what Alexander Zakharchenko was telling and dreamed about, and what we will do along with you!” interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin addressed those present.

They observed a minute of silence in tribute to the memory of first-ever Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko.

The ground of the park was chosen not by coincidence. Back in 2017, on the 5th of December, during the meeting with the first cadets of the Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko proposed continuing the tradition of Donetsk as “a city of a million roses”, wallowing in parks and landscaped areas. The opening of the park with the participation of Alexander Zakharchenko was planned this autumn. In the end, today the Donetsk cadets committed themselves to become the keepers of this park and honor the memory of Hero of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko (1976 — 2018).
