Шаги Российской Федерации гуманитарного характера в отношении Донецкой и Луганской Народной Республик играют не только важную роль, но и жизненно необходимы. Об этом 8 ноября в Шахтерске заявил врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин, отвечая на вопрос о значении для Республики недавно принятой в Российской Федерации Концепции миграционной политики на 2019-2025 годы.
«Ни для кого не секрет, что Украиной нарушаются наши права, ограничивая проезд наших граждан по всему миру. Ничего с этим не делается — в рамках двойных стандартов на Западе на это закрывают глаза.
Поэтому дальнейшие шаги со стороны России носят системный характер, они действительно для нас могут нести положительный момент. По моему личному мнению, процесс идет в нужном направлении», — сказал он.
Напомним, что 31 октября текущего года Президент Российской Федерации Владимир Путин подписал Указ «О Концепции Государственной миграционной политики Российской Федерации на 2019—2025 годы». Целью миграционной политики является создание миграционной ситуации, которая способствует решению задач в сфере социально-экономического, пространственного и демографического развития страны, повышения качества жизни ее населения, обеспечения безопасности государства, защиты
национального рынка труда, поддержания межнационального и межрелигиозного мира и согласия в российском обществе, а также в сфере защиты и сохранения русской культуры, русского языка и историко-культурного наследия народов России, составляющих основу ее культурного (цивилизационного) кода.
Принятой Концепцией миграционной политики, в частности, предусмотрено создание благоприятного режима для добровольного переселения в Россию лиц (в том числе покинувших ее), которые способны органично включиться в систему позитивных социальных связей и стать полноправными членами российского общества.
