Временно исполняющий обязанности Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин 8 ноября в ходе своей рабочей поездки в Шахтерск провел встречу с медиками города. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, Денис Пушилин вместе с главой администрации города Алексеем Швыдким ознакомился с работой муниципального учреждения «Стоматологическая поликлиника города Шахтерска» и пообщался с его коллективом.

«Считаю правильным использовать каждую возможность для общения с людьми, чтобы власть не отрывалась от простых людей. Я хочу сказать, что посещение стоматологической поликлиники неслучайно, и вот сейчас вижу, что ситуация оставляет желать лучшего. В хирургии я увидел оборудование, которое помню из глубокого детства, оно вызывает дополнительный страх у пациента только своим видом. Это недопустимо. Но такое наследие прошлого в Республике еще встречается, надо с ним бороться», — заявил Пушилин.

Врио Главы ДНР сказал, что поможет медучреждению приобрести новое оборудование. «Но этот процесс будет проходить по всей Республике, а начнем мы с вас», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

В ходе общения с коллективом поликлиники врио Главы подчеркнул, что в настоящее время необходимо справиться еще с рядом острых проблем.

«Я вас уверяю, у нас есть возможности и ресурсы. Но самое главное – это человеческий ресурс. Нам необходимо пересмотреть подходы. Я вижу, как это можно сделать. Власть должна быть результативной, а результат должен быть осязаемым. Медработники, и не только, должны жить хорошо: это должно быть поднятие уровня заработной платы, обеспечение жильем, возможность обучения детей. Это позволит подходить к чиновникам разного уровня с вопросами: что сделано или что не сделано. Это позволит подойти к следующему этапу нашего развития – когда власть будет ответственна за свои поступки. Эффект от этого будет колоссальным», — заявил Денис Пушилин.

Далее он ответил на ряд вопросов медиков. В частности, речь шла о кадровом голоде, целесообразности продолжения Минских соглашений, проблемах со связью оператора «Феникс» в Шахтерске, ценах на мясо кур, пассажирском железнодорожном сообщении с Россией.

«Спасибо большое за общение. Надеюсь, мы вместе будем двигаться к поставленным целям», — сказал в завершение встречи Денис Пушилин.

Interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, during his working visit to Shakhtersk on November 8th, met with medical workersof the town. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, Denis Pushilin, along with Mayor of the town Aleksey Shvydkyi, familiarized himself with the work of Dental Polyclinic of the Town of Shakhtersk (municipal institution) and talked with its staff.

“I consider it right to use every opportunity to talk with people so that the government does not separate away from ordinary people. I want to say that the visit tothis dental clinic was not accidental, and now I see that the situation leaves much to be desired. In the surgery department, I saw the equipment that I remember from my early childhood and it touches off additional fear of a patient solely because of its look. It is unacceptable. But we still see such a legacy of the past in the Republic and it is necessary to cope with it,” Pushilin claimed.

Interim Head of the DPR said that he would help themedical facility purchase new equipment. “However, this process will be happening throughout the entire Republic and we are going to start with you,” Denis Pushilin emphasized.

During the conversation with the staff of the polyclinic, the interim Head highlighted that now it is necessary to cope with a number of pressing problems.

“I assure you, we have the necessary opportunity and resources. But the most important thing is human resources. We need to rethink our approaches. I see how this can be done. Work of the government must be productive, and the outcome must be tangible. Medical workers, and not just they, should live decently: this should involve raising the rate of salaries, providing accommodation, the possibility of educating their children. This will allow turning to officials of different levels with questions: what has been done or what has not been done. This will allow approaching the next stage of our development, when the government is responsible for its actions. The effect of this will be colossal,” Denis Pushilin claimed.

Then he answered several questions from the medical workers. In particular, they talked about labor shortage, the expediency of continuing the Minsk agreements, the problems with mobilecommunications of Phoenix provider in Shakhtersk, the price of chicken meat, and railwaypassenger links with Russia.

“Thank you very much for the conversation. I hope we will move together closer to our goals,” Denis Pushilin said at the end of the meeting.
